Extremely clean, comfy bed, great views

The breakfast was lovely. I really appreciated the fresh fruit & yoghurt. It was nice to find a range of cheese in the fridge, maybe a savoury spread to go with the cheese would be a great addition (eg; pickles).

The person at Blythe House needs to use deodorant… they had very strong body odour.

A very lovely place to stay near to the high street. Very good value for money.

It’s a beautiful establishment run by a smiley, helpful and kind young woman. She carried my heavy bag upstairs for me when I arrived which was very nice after a long time travelling to get there. The place is super clean, furnished very nicely and my room had a superb view of the loch. It was an easy walk to local restaurants. I’d book there again.

My room had no heat all night. I thought I’d turned the thermostat on. The room could use an extra blanket or duvet. I got cold and therefore had a hard time sleeping.

Very clean, quiet and host was very friendly.

Bit of a hike to downtown and the breakfast was most packaged foods and bread with no hot options or protein.

Lovely place but thin walls...

Nice place nearby Fort William with a lovely view. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The main issue is that the walls are very thin. You can literally hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms (people walking, talking, coughing,...) which becomes unbearable when your room neighbors wake up at five in the morning and talk like they're alone. The breakfast is the bare minimum (bred, fruits and cereals).

Excellent, would stay again, but would hope for a much better rate.

The host was very accommodating and I felt at ease and that no request was too big. He did go above and beyond for us which made our trip easy and enjoyable. It's a shame we couldn't have spent more time there.

The accommodation was pricey at £195/night It would have been nice to have a cooked breakfast - what they had was enough, but you can't beat a hot meal.

Great room with lovely view in a clean and comfortable house. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Breakfast was adequate. The new owners are not cooking breakfasts to start with and what they did have available was plentiful enough. My partner wants to point out that in their advertising there is a picture of a cooked breakfast. Probably wise to remove this picture.

Excellent rooms, great location, and best service in Fort William area

We were not sure what to expect from this place, but from the first interaction to everything this was an excellent place. We had two huge bags and Tony immediately just said I will help carry it up. When we saw the room, it was sparkling clean, everything looked very new and fresh. The room was a touch of modern with great aesthetics. The bead was very comfortable, and the view from the room of the lake was magnificent. At night we were feeling a bit cold and didnt know how to turn the heater on, all we had to do was text Tony and he promptly replied and helped us out. The breakfast in the morning was well laid out, and we left the place feeling full. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in this area for two reasons, 1 - Service (Tony was very helpful) 2 - Great Rooms, clean, modern

Breakfast was very disappointing. Expected a cooked breakfast for the money - diluted orange juice (😬) and basic sliced bread still in wrapper. There was fresh fruit however which was welcome. Also cereal and yoghurt.

Pleasant and adequate

Comfortable bed. Lots of drawer space. Nice clean linen and towels. Convenient location. Lovely view from room 1. Pleasant guest lounge areas. Wifi good, plenty of power points and charging station was welcome. Modern bathroom.

Breakfast - very much DIY. No hot food - cold boiled eggs only. Maybe. Instant coffee sachets only. (Please! Orange cordial is NOT orange juice. And whatever the red stuff was (?!) At the room price, quality counts!) To be fair, plenty of fruit, yoghurt, cheese, toast and pastries. Once you locate everything and serve yourself it’s okay. Problems communicating with Tony (manager). Our room was cold, but heating is only turned on for 1 hour twice a day and asking for it to be turned on required consultation with the “engineer”. (Probably his dad). Then the whole place was too hot. Pretty clear that everything is being done by just one guy - cleaning, managing, catering, housekeeping, gardening, maintenance. For 6 rooms. Ridiculous. Garden needs attention. Too many false economies and corner cutting among abundant competition.

La struttura è pulita, le stanze belle, il personale accogliente e gentile.

La colazione è solo confezionata. Brioches da forno o cotte da surgelate al momento o qualcosa di fatto in casa per il costo di una notte sarebbe il minimo da trovare. Attenzione ai prodotti mono dose già aperti da non presentare ad altri clienti successivi.
