Morvich House

Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Fort William an der dortigen Zufahrtsstraße. Fort William ist schnell erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Die Küche ist für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Es sind sämtliche Geräte vorhanden, die man benötigt. Das Esszimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für ein gemütliches, gemeinsames Essen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gediegen und bietet genügend Raum, um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Für eine Gruppe oder eine größere Familie ein wirklich tolle Adresse.

Liked not having to time an arrival to meet a person for the keys. All rooms are ensuite. Large living room and dining room. Overall, a good value for large groups traveling together. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

The lock box for the keys is a little high for a short person, but not impossible. House was a bit cool in the evenings. Attempted to boost heat per the instructions provided. Did not seem to work, however the two electric fireplaces did work well to provide extra heat making it comfortable to watch TV and talk.

Location was very pretty near the lake. House could sleep over 9 people and had all amenities of a house.

Rooms had an old smell, and some bathrooms were not super clean

We adored our stay at Morvich House! Every detail has been thought of and we had every amenity to make our stay comfortable. The location was fantastic and the view was a once in a lifetime experience. We even tried to stay an additional night because we enjoyed it so much but (rightfully so) it was booked out. You can tell how much care has gone into creating such a beautiful home while keeping true to the Highlands. We were a family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) and it was very accommodating with ample space and a bathroom for each room for plenty of privacy.
