Hidden Gem with spectacular views

Absolutely stunning the sea view is amazing, the apartment is modern and comfortable. I could actually live here it’s that nice. We are definitely going to book again, I would only stay here now when visiting Llandudno, lovely little touch of wine in the fridge on arrival. The picture’s doesn’t do this apartment justice it’s even nicer when you actually see it, get it booked you will not be disappointed.

Lovely winter stay

We had a lovely weekend break at the Little Orme. It was cosy and well kept and had everything we needed. Fab location by the beach and it was great to be able to walk into Llandudno town. There were lots of lovely touches too like the welcome message, prosecco and recommendations for where to visit in the area. Thanks for having us!

The proximity to the beach, the comfy beds, the blinds to shut it all out at night.

My Mum isn't very steady on her feet and found the bath too high sided to climb into to stand for a shower.

View was nice, that was about it

Outside the accommodation was not nice, rubbish everywhere along the front and large skip blocking the driveway. We arrived to find out another couple was in our room, we ended up sorting this out and they were lovely, but not what you'd expect on arrival and security concerns. Room was okay, bed was not comfortable and incredibly creaky. Bathroom was clean, but tiles were very slippery and toilet/plumbing made a huge noise and even during the night which kept waking us up. If you're over 5 foot tall, good luck showering because the shower head and ceiling was incredibly low and it was not comfortable at all. Rooms were seemingly separated by a storage room, which was not soundproof and we could hear the guests next door. We heard a television above which was playing very loud late at night, we didnt know who was directly above us, but judging by other reviews, its the owner and they do not care in the slightest. Others have stated they have heard the same, and not been resolved or owners have made argumentative comments instead of being accommodating We ended up leaving after the first night, and will claim money back in bank disputes since owners will not refund. Save your money, simply not worth coming here regardless of the only selling point which is the view/location, please also check TripAdvisor and on here for similar reviews. Stay somewhere else please!!

Location, facilities, cleanliness

Very noisy plumbing in bathroom, building work upstairs and very thin walls and noisy arguing next door in middle of night. All this didn't spoil our weekend though and we would definitely return.

Phenomenal

It's was a perfect and very relaxing apartment with absolutely everything you needed Very comfy bed lovely sitting room and great bath and shower. The owners were lovey and let us know if we needed anything at all they were right there to help with anything. The view was phenomenal breathtaking the best holiday we have ever had and will definitely be returning Thank you ❤️

We had a wonderful holiday and loved being so close to the sea.

Loved the location. Could not have been closer to the sea and beach. It was very nice of the owners to let us know about local events such as nice sunsets and the red arrows.

The saniflow was noisy but beachfront apartments aren’t easy always going to be difficult to plumb and you get used to it.

Stay clear

The gorgeous location. Hence the 3 star..

False information in listing. Private garden, its not, its shared. Soundproof, its not, as noise from host above and guests next door. No free toiletries as offered. Shower head far too low. Creaky bed. No handles, or lock, on inside of bathroom door. No mention before our stay, of macerator pump which woke us in the night several times. Others in the past have mentioned these points. Threatening consequences off host if a negative post given on here after returning home (his words in a txt to me) He said it would be cowardly, so we knocked on the door, rang doorbell repeatedly , the dog heard us but he supposedly didn't. So who is the coward? He watches guests from his apartment above, txting to ask us to move from the chairs, to our previously undisclosed, designated part of the garden. His only selling point is the location. This is as honest as i can be. Check out the reviews on trip advisor. I've contacted Booking.com as we were so annoyed and disappointed in our stay.

Amazing little holiday stay with unbelievable views.🤍

Unbelievable views from the apartment also the apartment was very clean and cosy. There was a bottle of pressco on arrival that was thoughtful. We sat in the beautiful garden drinking the pressco and taking in the amazing views! The owner was very friendly and provided clear instructions and was available for contact during the stay.

Everything was perfect. I would recommend and would 100% return.

Lovely charming apartment for a peaceful getaway

Beautiful location, really clean and very welcoming. Lovely touch with the wine and welcome sign. My son and daughter loved waking up to explore the beach, it was definitely their favourite thing about our stay. My 5 year old said she wants to come back again and I definitely agree with her.

We could only book 2 over the summer but completely understand that this should be a popular place to book. A colleague lives locally and she was impressed that we'd managed to even book 2 nights. She said it's the best place to stay in Llandudno for proximity to the beach.

Nice location but small apartment with a drain smell

The location on the beach was excellent although the garden is not private but shared with another apartment

Beautiful location right on the beach

Beautifully maintained, equipped with everything you could need provided. Location 2nd to none right on the beach with stunning views. Staff very helpful. Welcome bottle of prosecco a nice touch.
