THE OCEAN SUITE - 2 minute walk to the lovely beach front promernade of llandudno

The location was perfect, close to the beach and Venue Cymru where we were attending an event. The property was clean.

The shower in the ensuite is tiny, couldnt bend to wash feet or pick up anything.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. When we got lost and called the hotel for directions, one staff member laughed at us instead of helping. The next day, we asked for help arranging a taxi and were told someone would send us a number, but we never received it.

Excellent location. Located 1 street behind the promenade. Short 20 minute walk to large shopping centre and town centre. Street is quiet and felt safe. Apartment was clean and had an ensuite as well as a bathroom. Kitchen had everything you could need.

Parking was a pain as the street was full of cars. The fridge freezer could have done with a clean (the rest of the apartment was lovely). Also would benefit with comfier sofa and chairs.

Location was excellent. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. I was sharing with a friend and it was great to have a spacious bedroom and bathroom each. Really easy to book and get access to the property. It felt safe and secure. The decor was modern and pleasant. Great access to shops and restaurants. Can highly recommend the full house chinese takeaway nearby.

Other places I have stayed have provided some tea/coffee but there wasn't anything here, which was a shame as after a long drive a cuppa before having to head out for supplies would have been appreciated. There was a damp smell in the main bathroom and towels were very small. It was a little noisy outside late at night and I found it difficult to sleep. The living and dining area was very cramped, and it was difficult to open the window as it was hard to reach. Sadly we were unable to park near to the property and had to park near the seafront and pay for parking, but from other reviews we expected this. Overall a pleasant stay though.
