L accueil de Chantal est exceptionnelle. Tous ces conseils étaient top. Chambre très propre très confortable et au calme tout en étant proche du centre historique. Un endroit où le temps s’arrête. Merci Chantal🫶

Welcoming host. Lovely family house. Spacious and comfortably furnished room. Short walk to centre, river and restaurants.

Parking nearby was a challenge. Sadly no air conditioning as our stay was during a heatwave and we had to leave two days earlier than planned.

Such a lovely calm place tucked away in the central area of Blois, very friendly and kind hostess. BReakfast was delightful

It was a bit tricky getting the e bikes up steep steps to the safe parking/charging area

The house is very clean and Chantal makes a fantastic breakfast. She tries to be a pleasant host for guests.

Not recommended for solo travelers and too expensive for what you get. The garden does not look like the photos. It’s is just dirt and not nice to sit. I did not feel safe walking into town and back in the evening. It’s located in the back streets of an area which is very quiet and all the shutters are down. There were a few times I had to cross the road with the homeless or groups of teenage boys walking by and no one else to be seen. Although I arrived at 4pm we seemed to catch the host by surprise. She was very rude to my friends who were dropping me off. Although I explained I didn’t speak French (I have a translate app) she continued to speak at me in French all the time which was just awkward. My friends paid half the price and got a great place near the river with a kitchen and washing machine.
