In love with Blois, unexpected and charming

The location is amazing, 10min walk from the center. The rooms are small but sufficient for a one night stay.

A convenient stop over Hotel.

It was modern and clean

The breakfast room was too busy and very small for the amount of people. The Childrens beds in the family room are really for very young children. They are very small.

For those that will use it as a stopover hotel, it’s a nice spot.

We chose the hotel mainly because of location, it’s close to the center and has massive parking nearby. If you have a car, better to use a free (in the nights) public car park right next to the hotel. Junior staff - working students was really nice and helpful! Our kids also liked the arcade games in the lobby

It’s sad to see the the difference between photos and reality. It looks more like a motel - definitely not 4 star hotel. Floors are old, bathroom facilities are old also. Definitely not the value for money

My only suggestion would be allowing guests to manipulate the air temperature in the room. I need to sleep in the cold and was not able to lower past 71 farenheit.

I had to give them a deposit, even though I had already paid. which was annoying and reduced my bank balance for a few days until it was cancelled.

Staff attitude: 1. When asked the receptionist to give us some plans for good dinner locations, he just raised his elbows like "how should I know" ? 2. Restaurant personnel did not allow me to replenish my kid's bottle with bottled water from the fridge, although we have had breakfast the very same morning! Can you neliece this, on a hot August morning ? Sadly wont come back to rhis venue ever again.

Practical and comfortable stay

The staff were very professional and welcoming. The pool was lovely. The AC worked very well.

Even the smallest noise was audible from the street/parking lot, so would not recommend for someone very sensitive to noise. It was close enough to city but it felt like it was quite some walk.

Very good location for walking into Blois. We went out for breakfast each morning to a friendly cafe 2 minutes away on the way into Blois - much cheaper than the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good quiet air-conditioning.

The hotel carpark is very small and difficult to park with our large car. Instead we used the public car-park right next to it, which the hotel does not advertise. The public carpark runs along the rear of the hotel and costs a few euros per day with overnight from 6pm-9am is free.

Good hotel in a really nice city. There are really nice amenitiies. The pool is really nice (and hot).

The breakfast was from 8 to 10 (let’s say, I do not remember by heart). We went down around 9:15 am and there are a lot of things missing (basics lik e sausages, crepes, ham…). I did ask for more, since it was taking them a lot of time to bring more and, for my surprise, they told me that was it!!! like 40 minutes before the bfast claoing time. I did complain but that was it. At the reception they offered me a 50% discount on the bfast. Good, but not enough. I told them that was not acceptable at all, not to beong more food for bfast…

good for families who like a good walk to get to the centre of the town

facilities were good - standard or better business class stuff. Lovely, pleasant waitress and head waiter on dinner duty providing excellent service

multi-use reception overrun with features to entertain children. It was not harmonious for our pruposes. I concluded we had chosen the wrong hotel. This was a family centred hotel, whilst we wanted a 4 of 5 star comfortable and quiet hotel.
