A beautiful hotel perfectly situated in the centre of Blois.

A lovely friendly hotel with an exceptional breakfast - lovely and fresh with plenty of variety, exceptional breakfast gateaux. Stephan and his wife welcomed us into their newly renovated hotel. Lovely and clean with plenty of old character. The room was very large with a seating area looking out onto the garden via large double windows that opened. A lovely bathroom and a separate toilet, there was even an entry hall. So quiet despite being in the centre of the town. Centrally situated in Blois it was perfect for accessing all that this lovely town has to offer. Private car park.

Great stay. Highly recommend!

This property is a gem. Beautifully and tastefully restored 250 year old house. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is delicious. There is parking inside a secure courtyard. Stephan is a very gracious host. Great location for exploring the area.

The only thing I would prefer to be different is earlier check in than 5. Although when we arrived we could leave our car and luggage in a secure courtyard. Stephan told us that he would have our room ready by 4, which was nice as it was a cold and rainy day. Still, I think an official 4 o’clock check in is reasonable.

A delightful stay in Blois

We loved our stay with Stephane - the room is large and overlooks the garden. It has a comfortable bed and great perfectly white linen and fluffy towels. We also had a typical French breakfast provided every morning which was just lovely. Merci Beaucoup 😊 Parking was also available

Stephane was an absolutely excellent host! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. Fantastic location, excellent secure parking as this was of the upmost importance to us. Breakfast amazing and the tower bedroom room was just epic!!!

This property and welcoming owners far exceeded our expectations of a B&B - 5 stars from us.

The room and bathroom was very spacious, beautifully decorated and matched the splendour of the property. There is private secure parking which is a blessing in a city. Stephane is an exceptional host, who showed us places of interest and recommended restaurants on a map of Blois he provided. He even booked us a restaurant for our 2nd night as our French speaking is limited. Breakfast was exceptionally good, plentiful and varied. We ate on our 2nd day, in the garden where the ambience was casual and relaxed. We will come back without a doubt.

Beautiful property, fabulous host

We loved the spacious room with modern bathroom and fabulously comfortable bed, but best of all was the welcome we received from Stephane. From the moment we arrived our bikes and bags were taken care of. We were offered a welcome drink in the garden to cool off and relax where Stephane gave us recommendations on how best to use our time and various restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was a treat of fresh fruit, breads, yoghurts, cake… all served beautifully by a host who really cares and is interested in his guests.

This is the place to stay in the Loire valley.

Stephane made us a delicious, sumptuous breakfast. With croissants you just can’t get in U.S. The town of Blois is worth staying in. There’s the chateau in town, as well as Chambord , 20 Km outside. We rented e-bikes to get to Chambord. Also, Stephane recommended 2 excellent restaurants nearby.

We had a truly exceptional stay at Demeure des Cordeliers in Blois. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the beauty and elegance of the place. The room was wonderfully designed—stylish yet cozy, with thoughtful touches that showed great attention to detail. Every element, from the lighting to the choice of materials and colors, created a warm and refined atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. Each morning, we were treated to a fabulous breakfast, a true highlight of our stay. The spread was generous and delicious, featuring an assortment of fresh breads, cheeses, and fruits—but what really stood out were the delightful home-baked cakes. Every day brought a new treat, lovingly prepared and served with care. It felt like waking up to something special and personal. Above all, what made our experience unforgettable was our host, Stéphane. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always ready with a helpful suggestion or a warm smile. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. Stephane was the perfect host, very welcoming and always helpful . The room (we stayed in the Chambre des Cordeliers) was very spacious and very tastefully decorated with a extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast, which we had in the beautiful garden, was delicious. The location was perfect, easy to get in and out of Blois with a secure parking place. Good restaurants nearby.

Amazing stay in Blois

Absolutely loved the 2. nights we stayed here! My mom and sister had 1 room. My 13 year old daughter and I had another - very large! Location is prime in Blois - easily walkable. Parking provided onsite (which was great for the huge rental car we had!). Breakfast was delicious!! Stephane was wonderful host - very helpful with dinner recommendations (we REALLy enjoyed La'Oratorie ) and other local attractions.

Everything, very friendly, helpful owner. Welcomed us with a glass of wine. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean, the same goes for the bathroom. Very good continental breakfast, everything was very fresh.

Lack of tv just to catch the news. Wasn’t that important though.
