Nice place and great staff

The staff was really nice and attentive. They made our stay really nice, even if it was just 1 night. Also the breakfast was good. Everything that you need and we could take it with us! This was a very nice surprise 😆

The rooms are not so sophisticated and there is a carpet on the floor. I personally do not like carpet as I think it is not hygienic.

I didn't take breakfast as I had to leave before they started serving. It was, overall, adequate for one night.

Bed was narrow and pillow was rather thin. Towels were obviously old and frayed, shabby though evidently clean.

Air conditioning worked well. Reception staff very helpful. Room was clean.

Room was small. Overall feeling of the hotel was that a `bulldozer` should be the next upgrade.

We‘re on a bike trip and wanted to leave our car in the parking lot. it was absolutely no problem!

I will never stay here again.

Room had a little air conditioning.

There was no soap in the shower. The dispenser was empty. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The room was not ready when we arrived about 6pm, despite it saying we could check in anytime after 2pm. Breakfast cold have been better. The buffet kept running out of things, croissants, tea spoons, cups, glasses and trays. There was only one person doing all the work. All the tables around had trays full of used crockery which had not been cleared. The main reason for this was the lack of staff. The young woman who was working was really busy, but you cannot expect one person to do everything at breakfast time.

if you like to sleep with cockroach you will find a lot there

nothing it was very bad I couldn’t sleep there was a noise the whole evening until I left the hotel to sleep in another hotel

nothing. I was sleeping I felt something on my face it was a small lovely cockroach and it’s normal (that what the lady at reception said ) I run away from this room after I saw 5 cockroach. I have been given another room in GF. Before I arrive to my new room a small mice went in front of my door which has a gap between the door and the ground which make it easy to the mice to share the bed with me. Also in the new room found big spider on the bed with some small cockroach. I called Booking.com they said they will contact the hotel and see if they can refund me and they haven’t proposed any other choices I had to take my bags and search for another hotel at 11:30pm

Great location and friendly staff. Drinks were however astronomical. £25 for 2 beers, a coffee and an orangina.

room with wheelchair access was absolutely tiny. once in the room with the chair there was no place for the second person to go.

Bath was good and clean, bed was clean but not amazingly comfy.

Stated welcome tray in room with facilities for hot drinks this was not there. The restaurant was closed in the evening also so nowhere on site for a drink not end of world but would've made a difference

Exceptional

I appreciate that staff waited for me as I arrived after check-in hour. They served me a pint of beer even though they had closed and when I asked if they had a snack they ran into the kitchen and found me a very nice salad dish. Very friendly and nice.

the staff was nice and tried to solve all the problems created by their disservices.

The bedroom was bad! the hotel was under renovation and instead of closing the rooms were available. ours had an unbearable stench of paint and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Fortunately, after our complaints, the staff proceeded to give us a second room but only with single beds and not a double bed (as we had paid for). The breakfast was good but not continental, let's say acceptable. Furthermore, in the morning the renovation of the hotel resumed with annoying noises of drill and hammer.
