The water pressure was as low as the showering was rather christening. Be aware that owner uses the french word "desolé" instad of I am not able/I do not want to help you. No wi-fi connection.

for a 2 star hotel i was not expecting much. the hotel is old and bit smelly and rooms small but i thought the price was good and close to town center. however, i got itchy all over after the first night and i noticed 30+ red bumps of various sizes on my body. i started to suspect bedbugs and started looking around the room. i was able to find 2 dead ones and 2 live ones. since this is 10pm at night and there is no staff at the hotel (they are only working for certain hours during the day, there is no 24 hours front desk), i had to stay for one extra night. i wrapped the bed sheet tightly around me so the bedbugs can't get to me. next morning i had more bug bites but not as bad as the nice before. i showed the photos i took of the bugs and my bug bites to the staff and they refunded me for 3 of the 4 nights (i booked 4 nights and stayed 2 because of the bedbugs). i washed all my clothes just to be cautious and had to book on the fly a more expensive hotel nearby for the remaining two nights. Expedia gave me $200 credit but the hotel cause $200 a night (most of cheaper hotels are already booked up). i also found out there is a Ibis budget hotel nearby for 50 euro a night (it was full) that is rated 3 stars. so even without the bedbugs, it is still not a very good deal. overall a terrible experiences. this is the first time i had bedbugs and i have been to 60+ countries including some of the poorest countries on this planet and some of the cheapest hostel

delightful manager who was extremely pleasant and helpful. breakfast very basic but was not expensive room was tiny but as comfortable as it could be given it's sizether rooms were larger wooden spiral staircase may be a problem for some guests

The hotel is an old classic hotel with winding stairs and no elevator. The manager is a gentleman. If a person is about 6 feet tall, it is necessary to watch one's head, as it is quite easy to bump it. In my opinion the shower is dangerous given the rising step to get into the tub, and then the tub which has a lower section in it. Parking is a challenge, even briefly to unload baggage. But the hotel does have old character and contributes to memories of a family vacation. It is in a good location. And the restaurant next door is very good--just don't order the liver.

No check-in until 5 p.m. Tiny, narrow spiral stairs, no elevator. However, close to château and train station, where we dropped off rental car before returning to Paris.

This is a proper hotel for persons who mostly spend time visiting city center places and wants to have a safe and cleat hotel.

This hotel is in a spectacular location. Very close to the castle and the pedestrian area downtown.
