I liked the location it was close to the leaning tower of Pisa , it was close to shops and restaurants, perfect location and it was quiet at night it was so so beautiful and relaxing. The staff were so nice and accommodating, I was left check in early and I was left keep my bag there while I explored on my last day. The pool area is so good there is a little cafe also . The rooms are clean and spacious. Well equipped. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again . 10/10 from me. I was a solo traveller and I felt so so so safe here. The atmosphere amazing overall amazing stay. I will be back.
I loved this property I have no faults

A 20 minute walk to Pisa. Perfect location! Our tiny unit had a lovely covered patio with a table. It was nice it had an efficiency kitchen to heat water for morning coffee. Barely enough room to walk around beds but they were comfortable. Nice pool side cafe with friendly staff. Also recommend making your way towards River for many restaurant options.
One roll of toilet paper and towels not included.

Camping is nice, near the train station and Tower. Everyone is really nice, especially girl at the reception desk. She was very helpful with our every request and very kind. The place is quiet and convenient.
Pisa is lovely town, not just near the tower but also near Arno. Location is convenient for touring Toscana.
Our mobile house had terrible, terrible smell, everything was damp and smelled like sewage. It is not clean, mold was everywhere, in bathroom and bedrooms, on curtains and on window pane. You can clean it just by rubbing with wet cloth. In the morning windows were wet on the inside. It seems old and not well maintained. The chair at the terrace was broken so we almost fell when we sat. It is ok for 1-2 nights, but not more because your clothes in the closet will smell of moisture.

Lovely pool with slide for kids with lifeguard on duty
Occasional kids club & entertainer
Very helpful receptionists
Very friendly staff
Basic shop
Basic cafe by pool
Basic restaurant if desperate
Basic air con unit
We left the accommodation exhausted and bitten really heavy with mosquito bites.
A very bare bones of a caravan
Air conditioning was hit and miss working which led to 2 sleepless nights and feeling very unwell
Accommodation was very poor had next to nothing
No toaster, oven, kettle or grill with only 1 ring working on the stove top
Shower trickled out so only used when desperate
I was amazed toilet flushed
The caravans were too close together giving no privacy really.
The only mirror was in the bathroom
Mattresses were awful so hard I barely slept
I have no idea why but I couldn't find much cereal where we were staying. Really missed fresh milk.
I wouldn't recommend this site as nothing around and much too hot to walk anywhere with young children.
Fries in cafe were dreadful
The restaurant opened late in evening
Even though the pasta was nice the dish itself was really greasy tasting
The service was disgraceful miserable lady serving
Our kids pizza arrived so late that us adults had nearly finished - find somewhere else to eat
No water was offered anywhere we ate especially for such a hot country

Very clean and beds comfortable
Liked the property a kettle would have been great.

Staff were pleasant enough. However, no instructions were given at check-in as to WiFi password, outside gas cooker needing a lighter, and none provided . There was only 1 sheet on the bed.
Booked for 3 nights stayed 1 . Had to pay for towels .
Unfortunately, on this occasion, the negatives outweighed the positives for this property.
1. The unit is basic and I mean very basic. VERY small and cramped inside . It's like a static caravan divided into 2 separate accommodations. The walls are paper thin, and there were lots of mosquitos and very little privacy. We ended up only staying the 1 night. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a stay in the double bed cabin/ portcabin
2. There was only 1 sheet on the bed on arrival, so we had to sleep with a towel over us. There was no one in the office to contact, and we were later told on departing that we could have contacted the security guard. It might have been more helpful to have explained this on arrival.
3. No instructions were given as to connecting to WiFi. Told again on departure we could have contacted security re this ?
4. Gas cooker outside, no kettle, etc, and no way to light the cooker. Had to ask neighbouring guests for a lighter.
5. There is an on-site
small shop, which is extremely overpriced .
6. There is a pool, BUT you must wear a swimming hat to get into it.
7. We were charged for the full still despite only staying 1 night.
8. Having travelled to various parts of Italy on this trip this stay was very disappointing.
9. This is the first negative review I have unfortunately had to give on our trip across Italy.
10. It is possibly better if you have your own RV or camper van
11. It ended up as an expensive €200 stay for 1 night as we had to book for 3 nights per rules.

The entire camp resort seemed well ran and lovely. The atmosphere was peaceful. They had a little market, bar, pool store, and restaurant on-site. Our personal favorite was the pool. There were chairs the entire perimeter of the pool, 2 small pools for littles, a slide and bathrooms just behind the bar/pool store. The checkin process was smooth and I watched their staff communicate with people from many countries. The tiny houses were perfect, just big enough without feeling cramped. The porches had chairs and a table, perfect for morning and evening meals. The walk into Pisa was short and easy even with a young family. There are grocery options close by car.
My only complaint would be more base necessities in the kitchen, but I enjoy cooking while we're away more than most

Great accommodation. Comfortable clean beds and well equipped kitchen. Showers and toilets fine and laundry facilities were a bonus.
No water in the pool.I'm sure this was bad luck, but it was a big disappointment, and I had packed a swimming costume and cap, as stated is necessary. I'm not sure how last minute the pool was drained, but I wasn't informed it was not in use. I had carry-on luggage only, so I would have appreciated the heads up on the no pool so I could have packed only useful items. Apart from that, a delightful place to stay, and I would certainly return. It was a lovely place.

The best cleanliness of the room during all our travels. All looks like new.
Would like to see little bit bigger size of the room 😁

The Camping site was clean and well organised. The mobile houses were gut situated, so as everyone could have his privacy.
The airconditioning has functioned very well. The pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The mobilehome itself was spacious for such a type of accomodation. Bathroom was also big enough.
The location of the Camping site was not so perfect as I have expected. It is less than 1 km from the Leaning Tower and the centre of Pisa, but to make it to the Tower or the centre you need to pass through a very unpleasant area.
In the vicinity was full of moscquitos. In the evenings was almost imposible to sit outside for long.
To use the Swimmingpool you need implicitly a cap, although it is an open swimmming pool.
The WiFi coverage was very poor. You can use it only close to the information or the Swimming pool and the speed was anything else but high :)

Clean, comfy bed, air con, compact. We had a triple person and a two bed mobile home. Pool was lovely. On site restaurant pizzeria transilvania was delicious ( best to book a table). All staff friendly. 22 minute walk to leaving tower and under pass, struggle in the heat. 12 minutes to nearest station pisa san rossoro, we did Florence fir the day. Taxi to airport for 6 was $23 euro, pre booked at reception. Lovely restaurant 12 minutes walk - b&b la sicilia a tavern. Overall good value, there was a free magic show one evening we all enjoyed. Although no young children in our party, appeared to be a kids club, saw little ones dancing etc..
Mosquitoes, despite spray and citronella candles, all have lots of bites, probably from sitting outside in the evenings.
Never any sun loungers at pool, seems people put towels on the beds for when they want to use it as never equates to amount of people in the pool.

The camp site is really cute, very green and cozy. There was (as expected) a lot of parking spaces close to bungalows where we stayed. Everything seemed clean enough and decently maintained. Small kitchenette was outside of the bungalow itself and it had basic kitchenware. We stayed in october so I can't judge how warm it gets in the summer.
On the negative side, there were a lot of mosquitoes even in october. There was no free wifi and our bungalow didn't have any towels, something to be aware of. The apartment was super tiny which is to be expected, I guess :)
Overall it was an okay value for money if you are not too claustrophobic.

Superbly located , lots of on site facilities, close to railway for trips to the centre or Florence and walking distance (10mins) to the leaning tower of Pisa.
For the price, location and facilities, there’s little not to like.

very close to the attractions of Pisa .
The staff went above and beyond to help us when we couldn’t get a taxi , very kind .

Staff was great, very helpful! After check out, they let us leave our bags in their storage room for free.
Location was good, close to Pisa (10-15minutes walk) and train station (not the central one, but still 5-10minutes walk).
It is good area for camping, resting, different options - rooms, vans.
The room is so small for 3 people. If you consider to stay there just for getting some sleep at night, then it is fine, but not resting definitely. Only one person can walk properly, other 2 should sit down.
The bathroom door is not working properly. There is not a net in the windows, only shutter which couldn't be closed, so we had some mosquitos problem.

The camping village is excellent. Great location , close to centre of Pisa and the leaning tower etc, but still peaceful and quiet. Our Comfort chalet was lovely. Very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the two bathrooms were great. Plenty of hot water too. It was situated next door to the fantastic outdoor pool. Also close to the bar, shop and restaurant. The bar isxnext to the pool and is very nice. The restaurant was open in the evening and the food here was very good. Staf at reception were all very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely campsite dog too. Will definitely return.
We had a bit of trouble with the blinds, especially the one in the kitchen which wouldn't stay down. Also mosquitos a problem, but this isn't the accommodations fault and the chalet windows did have mosquito nets.

location close to major interests
very basic accommodation but it is fine for a short stay to visit Pisa.

Location to the city was great. A quick walk to the Tower and restaurants.
The restaurant on the premises was actually very good. Better than some places in the city.
The photos did not reflect what it actually was like. The cabins were so small. There was only room to sit on the beds and that was all. Not what we expected at all. Kitchen and dining was outside. Very weird.
6.0 / 10.0
Room was very small. Cant even move around, no space to keep the luggage in the room. Shower was even smaller. No towels provided. Only one socket in the room and no mirror too. Will not recommend.

A nice location with many different options of accommodation. Our mobile home was quite clean and comfortable.
It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. There was no direct public transportation to the airport.
