Very comfortable apartment with free parking. The apartment is equipped with all necessary facilities which make the stay easy and comfortable. 10-15 mins walk to the center of Pisa.

Perfect Stay Near the Tower of Pisa

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The room had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Having a secure parking space was a big advantage and made things much easier for us. The location is excellent – just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the Tower of Pisa, which was perfect for sightseeing without needing to drive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and well-maintained place to stay!

Beautiful apartment for a romantic getaway

Great location and the apartment was much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to messages.

It was a little tricky to find the place at night as the road it's on looks a bit like a side alley, but it didn't take us too much searching.

Schöne praktische Unterkunft für Zeit in Pisa

Nette Nachbarn, Parkplatz inklusive (auch für campervan) und fußläufig zum Zentrum. Die Wohnung war außerdem sehr süß eingerichtet und hatte auch eine Waschmaschine.

Séjour Pise

Très jolie appartement , cosy , parking juste dans l’impasse . Restos et pâtisserie à coté pour le petit déjeuner , petites attentions de la propriétaire en guise de bienvenue.

Pas situer dans le centre, 20 mn à pied pour arriver à la tour de Pise..le soir on a pris la voiture pour aller dans le centre avec tout ses bars et restos. Mais c’est compliqué de se garer dans Pise .

L’équipement , la propreté, la climatisation, la place de parking, la proximité avec le centre, on n’a plus qu’à se poser , avec cadeau de bienvenue : une bouteille de vin rouge et petits gâteaux, c’est une gentille attention. Nous avons même pu avancer notre heure d’entrée : merci à Simone

Graziosa mansarda pulita ed accessoriata

Si tratta di un piccolo alloggio mansardato molto accessoriato, ottimo per 3 ospiti. La posizione è un po' al margine del centro abitato, ma è molto vicina alla torre: 20 minuti a piedi. Si accede da una strada privata dove si può parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto. A pochi metri di distanza si trovano bar e pasticceria per fare colazione. I titolari sono stati gentili e disponibili, organizzando il check in da remoto. L'alloggio è dotato di lavatrice, asciugatrice, forno, bollitore; ottima soluzione per chi si ferma più giorni. Ho apprezzato che il condizionatore fosse in soggiorno, visto che patisco ad avere l'aria condizionata sul letto, l'alloggio è piccolo e quindi un solo condizionatore basta a raffrescarlo a sufficienza. L'alloggio era ben pulito e ci hanno fatto trovare anche un piccolo omaggio per brindare alla nostra vacanza. Penso che torneremo.

per noi è andato tutto bene. Le persone con ridotta mobilità tengano conto che per accedere occorre fare un piano di scale alquanto ripide.

Wir fanden den Weg zum Turm ganz in Ordnung, würden aber aufgrund des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses, nicht wiederkommen.

Der Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür.

Leider waren die Grundausstattungen nicht gegeben (Salz/Pfeffer/scharfe Messer). Das Geschirr und der Kühlschrank waren sehr dreckig. Leider hat auch der Kühlschrank nicht wirklich gekühlt. Wasserdruck in der Dusche war nicht gegeben und ins Bett gegangen sind wir mit Eidechse an den Dachbalken (dafür können die Besitzer nichts, sollte aber erwähnt werden, da es natürlich nicht sonderlich angenehm war dann in diesem Schlafzimmer zu schlafen )

Mnóstwo komarów w całym mieszkaniu zepsuły nam całą noc i tym samym pobyt. Natomiast miejsce wyróżnia się na tle innych.

Wyróżnia się na tle wynajmowanych do tej pory mieszkań, przeróżne kosmetyki w łazience robią wrażenie, szybki internet. Nie korzystaliśmy z kuchni ani TV

Najgorsze były komary, cała nasza rodzina pogryziona bardzo, nie mogliśmy spać wiele godzin w ciągu nocy - brakowało środka na komary albo informacji, że trzeba taki nabyć. Wróciliśmy do mieszkania po 22 w niedzielę i już niewiele możesz zdziałać. Nie mogliśmy się doczekać rana a rano byliśmy mocno niewyspani. Okno w sypialni z podwójnym łóżkiem było uszkodzone, po słonecznym dniu było tam bardzo gorąco i nie można było otworzyć okna a musieliśmy się chować pod prześcieradłami przed komarami. Belki dachowe są naprawdę nisko i kilka razy solidnie się uderzyłem mimo, że nie jestem wysoki. Strome schody kończą się równo z wejściem do łazienki, w nocy trzeba naprawdę uważać. Może jakaś barierka? Łóżka pod skosami mogą nie spodobać się każdemu, zwłaszcza że sufit nie jest wykończony, widać belki pogryzione przez robaki i cegły z zaprawą, na grubych belkach sporo kurzu - to zaburza czystość całego domu.

Estava tudo limpo e a casa tinha ótimas condições, com tudo o que precisávamos.

É um pouco afastado do centro, mas isso já sabíamos antes.

Purtroppo la televisione nel soggiorno non era funzionante, necessitava della ricerca dei canali, ho provato a a fare la sintonizzazione più volte con nessun risultato purtroppo. La televisione nell’altra stanza funzionava ma ho impiegato un po’ a capire come far funzionare l’audio. Purtroppo il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato una termite, poco piacevole. Qualche stoviglia era incrostata purtroppo. Pochi prodotti beauty per tre persone che soggiornano due giorni.

Vogliamo assolutamente tornare QUI

La struttura è piccola ed essenziale Nell’appartamento si trova ogni tipo di comfort e gli Host fanno attenzione ad ogni dettaglio (esempio hanno lasciato oltre al classico kit da doccia anche un kit per l’eventuale lavaggio dei vestiti con la lavatrice -detersivo e ammorbidente-, un kit per igiene personale - crema corpo, detergente intimo, pulisci orecchie). Inoltre ad accoglierci ci aspettava un dono del tutto inaspettato un biglietto, una bottiglietta di vino e dei cantucci (un gesto molto apprezzato). Abbiamo contattato l’host per porgli alcune domande e lo stesso ha risposto immediatamente ai nostri quesiti con cordialità e gentilezza Inoltre abbiamo tardato al check out poiché viaggiando con una neonata all’ultimo la piccola ha deciso che era ora di mangiare, nonostante il ritardo e nonostante i genitori di Simone (Host) fossero già arrivati per cominciare a svolgere le pulizie, gli stessi ci hanno lasciato tutto il tempo necessario per prepararci e allattare la piccola senza metterci alcun tipo di pressione, anzi sono andati al bar vicino all’appartamento per bere un caffè (veramente gentili)! La posizione è ottima:noi siamo andati in Macchina e l’appartamento si trova a 3 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Pisa: per evitare di pagare 40€ di ZTL abbiamo lasciato la macchina nei parcheggi a pagamento prima della zona a traffico limitato e ci siamo trovati benissimo Vogliamo sicuramente tornarci! Grazie a Simone, ai suoi genitori ed a Antonella Vi mandiamo un abbraccio e un grazie immenso
