Perfect stop for one night heading south to Tuscany, leaving the Brenner Pass and traffic behind us

Nice one night stay at Hotel Larch

Very clean, staff is kind, good value for money. The dinner was not included in the price but we took advantage of it: it was at buffet, good food, 28€/pp excluded drinks.

Superb

Fantastic location overlooking gorgeous countryside. Nothing much nearby, so we went half-board. The evening meal was absolutely superb, a whole range of tasty options to suit everyone. As far as we could tell, the whole business is run by one lovely lady who is so efficient and on-the-go all the time, she is fantastic. My only gripe is that there seemed to be little soundproofing between the rooms (eek!). This is nitpicking really, everything else was fab, so don't let that put you off.

We were touring on motorbikes . This was an overnight stay. We hadn't booked half board option but there is a bar within walking distance that does delicious pizzas and burger. Hotel staff super friendly. Hotel breakfast was continental, good choice of items. Parking on site. We had a mountain view room with balcony, simply stunning. The proprietor was so helpful, giving us advice about places of beauty/interest in the Dolomites. She even gave us her map "as a present" which helped us enormously when planning where to ride

The room was spacious and very very clean. Bed also was comfy. Breakfast was quite good and the view just amazing. I recommend it to everyone.

Nice hotel and value for money. Thanks for the chance of parking the motorcycle in the garage!

The staff is very kind and gentle, I could sleep very well by parking the motorcycle in the garage just in case. The place is very nice and if you are lucky you get a good view of the mountains in front of the hotel.

I could, unfortunately, hear other guests from the adjacent room clearly speaking until I started knocking on the wall :) Thank God it must have been an old couple, so they quickly understood the discomfort and went to sleep as well. I would have loved to stay for breakfast, however, I had to leave very early so I got some panini from the gentle owner

Excellent typical Suedtirol hotel close to Vipiteno/Sterzing

Hotel Larch is a typical hotel in Suedtirol: it is clean, it has cosy rooms, it is managed by very kind people. It is located 4 km away from Vipiteno/Sterzing, right on the main street, 5 minutes away from the autoroute: it is possible to reach quite quickly all the valleys in the surroundings. The breakfast is, like, HUGE. Due to the CoViD pandemic, the hotel does not currently offer lunch or diner. The personnel deserves to be mentioned again, as they are incredibly kind and keen to fulfill client requests.

If I have to find something negative about Hotel Larch, that would be that the rooms facing the front do face the main street: windows are good but at night rooms are not completely silent. SIlence could be improved also by enhancing isolation between rooms, with special reference to water flows.

Hotel Staff/owners were very nice and family friendly. Our bed was very comfortable and the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious and even included gluten free bread. This is an older, large guesthouse with larger rooms and a balcony outside our room, with a great view of the mountains. Although the hotel smelled of stake cigarette smoke from years past and the carpet in the room was older, I was able to leave our balcony door open all night and we enjoyed sleeping in fresh air. This was really the only downside.
