Very nice place to stay, with amazing staff and in a huge room

Super friendly staff, willing to help out with everything from placing a cot in our room to handing over very useful tips for restaurants (also for delivery) or supermarkets nearby. Great coffee and cakes/cookies at the bar, and there is a very handy small shop inside the place in case you need something. Next to this the room was very large with a very nice bathroom and a balcony with view on the mountains. Also a nice kitchen with everything we needed (although small it has a lot of utilities).

For us the beds were too hard, but this might be different for other guests. Next to this we would recommend to make the rooms a bit more cosy by adding some paintings on the wall in the room, or add some (dry) flowers/plants.

Superlative hospitality

I stayed in one of the apartments on the third floor and it totally exceeded my expectations. Superbly comfortable, very spacious and a private balcony with a view. The hosts are very gracious and welcoming. I would give the hotel a 12 out of 10 if it were possible.

Christmas vacation in winter fair tale!

It’s a wonderful, cozy place. Such a nice and cheerful owner and staff. Spacious room, helpful facilities. We enjoy breakfast, free light lunch every day. There is also a great place for skiing for any levels.

What a perfect hotel.

Everything! The staff were incredibly warm and inviting. They have dinner there on Friday and Saturday night. We arrived Friday and our younger daughter was having a hard time and a bit out of sorts. The waiter (and I think co-owner?) was kind and gracious and showed us a little room at the back with a few kid toys where she could play while we ate. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was wonderful. The room was big and very nice. Great experience. We’d love to stay again.

Nothing really, though the bells from the church next door while charming are a little loud at times.

Perfect location for a few days to spend your time in the beautiful vicinity of Sterzing!

Truely one of the best locations I have booked recently! Very friendly hosts (family owned), delicious breakfast with pastry from the local pastry shop, free coffee and pastry in the afternoon, dinner offered Fri and Sat (also very delicious, not open any other days though). Nice and clean rooms with comfy bed.

Truely nothing! ;-) Wifi was a bit unstable from time to time.

Outstanding place to stay

Breakfast was as good as the reviews said, the best breakfast I have had in all the places I have stayed in 4 weeks of touring Europe. Room was spot on.

Don't eat at the restaurant across the road, their food is extortionate and absolutely abysmal, €61 for the most disappointing food I have ever had, and that is coming from a British man.

The property and the people. It is a family run property where Judith, Anna and Florian give utmost attention to every minute thing. They are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional. Loved the cakes and pastries. The rooms are very well equipped and are spacious.

very nice facility, breakfast was exceptional as well as the food and coffee they set up from 15:00-18:00. very friendly people. a real joy for us and our 2 small kids.

Good location, nice sized apartment, clean, comfortable, nice amenities. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, including sound advice on where to eat, hike, etc.. Our dog Lucy was also very welcome.

Very good

Breakfast was excellent with various fruits. The manager of the house was very friendly that he tried to accomodate all of our requests. The rooms has been spacious with all relevant amenities and it is such a beautiful location on hill looking down the valley stretching to the brenner pass.

I slept in the couch which was folded out to become a bed, and it was very uncomfortable. It was hard and I could not sleep at all. The church in the back of the hotel can become very laud so it is advisable not chose rooms on that side.

Amazing host and very warm stay! I was super happy to choose this apartment. It’s well located, nicely equipped, perfect and huge bathroom, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. The breakfast was excellent! When I came I thought I can just get something from the table, but I was offered to choose warn dishes(eggs), cold plates with salmon/ham etc. Super tasty! I was shocked to see sweet table served in the hall till the dinner😲 lots of sweets, croissants, cakes, fruits, warm drinks, juices! wow, that was something I firstly met. Also on the ground floor there’s a local store where you can buy anything for preparing dinner at apartment, and even few glasses of wine. I get some wine and cheese/ham/cherry tomatoes/grapes and everything was delicious 🤤 Parking is also a huge plus.

One thing I didn’t like: I had to leave this paradise 😔

Lovely place, amazing views

Staff/the family is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the apartment is very spacious, the location with a mountain view is just amazing and it was very convenient to have a little shop there is well. Loved the cakes and pastries. Great place for hiking!
