Good value and fantastic staff

For the budget price it’s good. The staff are incredibly helpful and let me check in early on the same day I booked (after another hotel had double booked my room and wouldn’t honour my reservation).

Get what you pay for

Bugs in the room, got bitten first night we were there. No tea, coffee etc left in room. Not a lot of places to plug things in and have to use the bathroom to boil the kettle. Bed linen had blood on it and was fraying. Floor had coffee marks left on it. Receptionist and cleaners very friendly. It’s ok for a place to stay if you plan to be out all day for a night or 2 but wouldn’t recommend it for a holiday.

Breakfast Mirror and lighting in bathroom

Really dirty bedroom floor. Bedroom door was badly damaged aroun the lock. It didn't feel secure. No food or drinks availability outside breakfast hours. Didn't even have water sometimes!

Gloomy location; room is a box (ceiling at 2m20 not more); room interior is run down. We are there at a hot night, so sleeping under the roof with limited ventilation made us move to another hotel. Lesson learned.

Good but improvements needed

The reviews spoke of noise and truck drivers etc but for me it was very quiet. The room was so clean and hotel looking. Loved it honestly considering the amount

What was so unexpected and I hated it!! Was that there is NO WIFI!!! The receptionist said they don't have WiFi at all which is horrible considering that tourists depend on WiFi for communication. Improve on that please. Also, the tub is sparkly white and clean but very high up and slippery with no support rails. I'm able bodied but had to be very careful of slipping

Staff not friendly, room dirt, toilet dirt, bed comfort not ok, hotel too close to the road and room noise isolation is very poor. In summary, if you don't care about cleanness, room noise, comfort, and your money, just book a room in this hotel.

An unpleasant disaster. This hotel does not suit for families.

The whole hotel, building, cleaness (too dirty), poor room maintenance, room too noisy. The toiled was dirt, room ceiling with mould, bed lining with dirt stains. Asked for another room and it was on the same level with floor and bathroom dirt. There is no care for those details and the staff reaction was terrible.

I like the staff Vicky customer service. He offered me one free room if I don't like the double bed. But I said I can manage. He did a friendly service which end up without arguing.

Booked one room with double bed and extra bed. At check-in reception the staff Vicky said no single bed available and we end up with staying in double bed.

not a great value for money. not worth more than 40eur/night

we paid 150eur/night. the room was not clean, it was two separate beds and the smell in the room was horrible. you enter your room via the outdoor, exactly like in a Premiere Classe or Formule 1. for this price, I was clearly expecting more. on top of that, there is no sound isolation at all.
