The staff were really nice and provided help in terms of putting me and my children through how the transportation to the city and Disneyland works. Hence, we saved so much on transportation They were not tired of explaining the process to me over and over again. And thanks again for helping to refrigerate my butter. I was able to bring it back to Ireland

The toilet had a small black tough stain that didn't look too nice, but the staff ensured they cleaned the room and bathroom every day.

Reception staff were good. Room set-up, space, and ambience were good. Hotel location is also fantastic.

Bathroom essentials like hand soap and toilet tissue were not replaced by housekeeping for my entire stay. I had to ask several times on day 4 before I got one toilet tissue and some handsoap from the reception for me and my family. Our room was not cleaned on day 4, even after I asked for the room to be cleaned. Also, at the restaurant, the tea cups and cutleries were not properly washed after they were used. I noticed this for the entire stay. There were stains (lipsticks and lip-marks from previous users, food stains, etc.) on almost all the tea cups. I complained to the staff but nothing was done about it. I and my family were disappointed with the service rendered. My previous stay in the hotel was in 2018, and the service redered then was good. Right now, the standard has dropped so badly. The hotel should prioritize the following: 1. Make sure room essentials are replaced when due during/after room cleaning, 2. Make sure all tea cups and cutleries are properly washed after use, and 3. Ensure rooms are cleaned when the request is made.

Location close to Disneyland, clean and good value, next to buffalo grill which was very convenient.

Smell of corridors, breakfast buffet was quite messy

The location of this hotel, which is near Disneyland Paris, was great. You can get to Disneyland Paris in 15 minutes, and several good restaurants are close to this hotel. The staff at Ace Hotel are very welcoming and provide some warmth.

The breakfast was elementary. Crepes were missing, and to be told no stock anymore. There was one pear and then no pear another day. We had to make our own boiled eggs. The cutlery wasn't washed properly. The bedroom was very basic, and the amenities in the bathroom were poor. They gave us one hand soap to be used by 3 guests within the same room. We asked them to clean the room, and they didn't refill the shampoo. The toilets weren't cleaned properly when we entered the property.

The location and the rooms were very comfortable

Breakfast was a bit sparse and unable to connect phone to tv. Not a big issue though as we are out 90% of the time

Transportation to Disneyland is just one bus ride every 30-40 mins.

No tea, coffee in the rooms. Poor breakfast.
