Everything!!! comfy beds, nice pool and spa, lovely rooms with fridge, cooking facilities and tea and coffee making facilities, frequent shuttle to and from Disney, nice sociable bar area, good kids games room, will defo stay here again

The shuttle to Disney isn’t that regular (once an hour) and it stops altogether in the middle of the day. Otherwise it’s a fab spot.

Very comfortable and spacious hotel, right next to A4 highway and 10 minutes from Disneyland

Brand new hotel with beautiful room and good bed. Will definitely stay again if im in the area.

The carpet on the 4th floor corridor is not so clean, and also the spa changing rooms could be cleaner. Would have been great to have a bathrobe and slippers in the room. The system to open doors is unnecessarily complex (QR codes on guest’s smartphone). A traditional keycard works much better

Just not close to other hotels in the area for amenities and accommodation.

Downstairs and reception look very welcoming. The beds were comfortable. Free water provided

The rooms had concrete walls and ceilings, the shuttle had a 4 hour break in the afternoon, there’s nothing around the hotel, the kitchen wasn’t as functional as needed. The hotel asked for €150 for damages not the €100 Booking.com suggests. No iron, kettle or toaster provided either. None of the robots were working. Found seeets in the fridge from previous guests and cellotape on the walls and Ceiling from another guest too. Room cleaning was just making the bed. Didn’t clean anything or replace anything. Don’t have shower gel for the entirety of the stay.

Amazing stay, exceeding expectations!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. The restaurant in the hotel was also great with a lot of variety. The shuttle for Disney was also efficient though in the evening extremely packed and a long wait until the next shuttle so they could look into a booking system or additional shuttles based on number of guests however a short can isn't the end of the world and it is one of the few hotels with a free shuttle.

The pool area was also great but maybe have adult only times late in the evening as you couldn't use it to relax in the evening.

Brilliant free shuttle service to and from Disney. Lovely and clean. Lovely breakfast. Great room service and only a few Euros extra, great after a busy day at the parks!

Have never slept so well in a hotel!

The free bus to and from DLP was great! Super comfy beds, Friendly staff and never having to wait for a lift!

Unfortunately the dishwasher had rank food in it and although the rooms ARE soundproof the doors are not so you still get loud guests (can’t be helped just worth bearing in mind)

Great location, nice rooms. The pool is superb

The location was wonderful with regular shuttle to take you to Disney Parks. We used the pool everyday which was perfect recovery after much walking. The jets were awesome probably the best indoor pool I have ever experienced. We reserved the breakfast for the last day for the price there wasn't much on offer. We ate at the restaurant, the choice was quite small and I felt it was too overpriced for what you got. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the staff were helpful. Overall our stay here was pleasant

Excellent stay - will be hard to beat once hotel is finished.

We booked this property very last minute after our AirBnB failed to meet expectations. We got a very good price for 4 nights. The hotel had only been open for 12 days and still had renovation works going on which we were well informed of. The rooms were spotless, the beds the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in and the staff were wonderful. The location is absolutely ideal for families visiting Disney (9 minute drive) or Centre Parcs (3 minute drive) and Val D’Europe shopping centre is also just minutes away. We can’t wait to return to use all of the facilities when the hotel is complete.

Early drilling woke our children BUT this was expected as works were continuing so not the fault of the hotel.

Séjour ressourçant et amusant près de Disneyland Paris

Tout est parfait, du service, en passant par le ménage, les équipement mais aussi la piscine ! J’ai passé un super séjour, excellent hôtel pour trouver un repos bien mérité. L’accès à Disney se fait via les navettes gratuites qui sont toujours ponctuelles ! Petit dej excellent avec un large choix et des horaires parfaites ! Excellent séjour que ce soit en famille, entre amis en couple ou même seul pour se ressourcer !

Een fijn, mooi en schoon hotel met vriendelijk personeel.

Het ontvangst was fijn. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. De kamer was ruim en schoon en voorzien van een keuken. Het zwembad was erg mooi en de fitness was ook top. Daarnaast was er ruim voldoende parkeerplek om de auto te parkeren. Het hotel is dichtbij een leuk en groot winkelcentrum en Disneyland Parijs.

Het enige puntje waar we tegen aanliepen, is dat het zwembad wel iets warmer had gemogen.
