    Excellent stay. The hotel has great facilities and a very peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated that it is pet-friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The décor is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of high-quality options. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    The hotel offers coffee and tea throughout our stay. The staff is super helpful to handle customer's request. When our Uber driver has the incorrect address to pick us up, Sonam is super nice to offer help to talk to the driver directly and to resolve the issue. Since we do not speak French, I could not imagine what we will do without her help. Thanks very much for all the staffs in the hotel.

    This stay was a beautiful boutique feel. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They have free coffee, tea, fruits and small pastries that are always available downstairs which is a nice touch. Location wise, close to station and restaurants, everything is walking distance too.

    Disappointing Experience for a 7-Night Stay I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, which was a significant investment for me. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. On the first day, I was shocked to find that the toilet seat had not been properly cleaned — there were visible urine stains on the seat, which was extremely unhygienic. Additionally, my personal hair towel went missing on the first night. While I understand this may have been a misunderstanding, I reported it to the reception, but nothing was done, and there was no follow-up. Throughout the stay, there were inconsistencies with housekeeping — on some days, the room was simply not cleaned at all. To make things worse, I accidentally left behind a personal item when checking out. I emailed the hotel asking them to check and offered to cover any postage fees to have it returned. However, the response I received was simply that nothing had been found, without any effort to look into the matter further. This was an 8-day trip, and I had chosen this hotel with trust and high hopes. Sadly, it ended in deep disappointment. I truly hope the management takes guest feedback more seriously in the future.
