Friendly receptionist, Air conditioning, Clean comfortable and quiet room. Parking close to hotel. Possibility to leave luggage after checkout while visiting Paris. Great location.
The paintwork in the room and bathroom could do with a few touch-ups.

Great location, good selection of breakfast, clean
The windows didn’t stay open, Aircon wasn’t working so got really stuffy and I had to prop the window with a cushion

Great location that felt local not touristy! Lots of good restaurants close by and convenient for the metro. Would stay there again if I was in Paris

Great location, friendly and helful staff!
The room looked worse than on the picture. It seemed to be clean but at the same time some elements were so old they couldn't be fully cleaned, like really disgusting nightstands with some stains, or fridge that was yellow inside. Carpets in the room were vaccumed but probably washed 10 years ago. Shower tiles were clean but corners rusty and black. I was really afraid to sleep on the pillows, who knows when was the last time they were changed.
