Amazing stay great sports and pool. Played tennis with a good junior it was awesome also I left cloths at the hotel and they organized them to be sent to the airport for my colleagues to take with me what outstanding service

Great resort about a half hour from the city center. Staff very responsive and breakfast was great.

Staff very friendly and obliging although no one there on arrival due to late hour. Couldnt get a coffee once breakfast finished had to go across to sport centre. Only stayed one night as just passing through on way to lido.Transfer arranged by hotel which made things easier. Felt location a bit remote.

One really basic room. One common room. Kinda cold. Included breakfast in restaurant was good but basic. Cold eggs, looking really overcooked when opened. Only hot breakfast serving was sausage and scrambled eggs. The hotel was a little in nowhere, but a 20 min bus ride and you are at Mestre station and have train and busses available. Day travel card for bus is 5 Eur.

This hotel is more like housing for athletes that are training at the sport center attached to the hotel. The hotel has excellent clay tennis courts, although they only let me use the hard courts as I was on my own and just practicing my serve. The place is very clean and relatively new. The breakfast is adequate, but not as overwhelming as some Italian hotels. The main drawback is you are in the middle of nowhere. As I am an avid tennis player, I'd stay again, but I can't recommend it to tourists not seeking to use the excellent training facilities, which include in addition to tennis courts a gym and three swimming pools. **One thing to note is that the restaurant has the best Pizza man in Venice. I got to know him when he had his own place, but he retired and somehow this restaurant convinced him to come back. Ask for your favorite pizza 'batuta' ... a style by which the Pizzola flattens it out a bit more and adds more topping.

Staff were great and lovely but the services were not great. Pool was closed and menu in restaurant included 3 pages of pizza that were not available as the pizza chef was on holiday. This left a limited menu for,our stay. No hot water in our room so showers were very cold. No fridges in room and the TVs are set to 30 so can’t hear them if you have the air conditioning on. Even then we had to sit at the end of the bed to hear the TV. Needs some TLC.

Hi recommend this place. The room is American size and extra clean. The breakfast was excellent! you smell the freshly baked bread early and that is served in the buffet. 5 different kinds of warm fresh croissants and other breads. Family that runs the hotel are friendly. Ask for coffee and hot water at the coffe bar. Highly recommended

It was a nice reasonable price hotel near the venice. Quite, nice and very clean rooms. Breakfast was good enough. Service was good too. Only i can say they should do coffee and tea amenities in the room. Even they didnt have any kettle in the hotel to make our baby food hotter. They couldnt have baby cot too. If they sort it out this two issue hotel might have better star from the people.

This property is probably the best value for your money. The rooms are nice and big. The beds are comfortable, and the showers have good water pressure. There’s a decent fitness club right next to the resort that is fully equipped. The staff at the resort and fitness club are all very helpful and friendly. Venice is only about a 15 -20 min drive away. We originally reserved for two nights, but decided to stay for 3 after checking in and seeing the facilities.

Reception staff (all 3 who we had contact with during our 4-day stay) were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and was clean! Our in-room fridge did not work; reception staff allowed us to store our items in the staff fridge. Each night (1:20 a.m., 2:40 a.m., 5:20 a.m.) all of our lights in our room went on, waking us up. They could not be turned off, only with using the fuse box switches. This problem needs to be rectified for future visitors. The breakfast buffet was basic and plentiful. The dinners were delicious (I believe the restaurant is not owned by the hotel). The swimming pool was a highlight - beautiful, clean, cool! It was unfortunate and seemed odd that the exercise room is not open on Sundays.....We flew to Venice Treviso airport; this hotel is easily reached by bus from the airport to Hotel Plaza in Mestre, then with a taxi from Hotel Plaza in Mestre. It is very easy to travel to Venice for a day trip from this hotel - walk 15 min to bus stop on the main street, catch bus 7 or 7E to Venezia (1.50 Euros each way per person) - buy bus tix from the tobacco shop on that main street. This was all explained by the hotel, and it worked!! It was a great, and relaxing, trip!!

I would not recommend anyone to stay here! It is very pricy for a being a hotel outside of Mestre and their selling pitch is the facilities two big pools and a great gym. What they don’t say is that these facilities are not a part of the hotel it is run by another provider and they is closing everything down when it rains and opening hours on Sundays are 9-13. So all the great pictures you see of the pool etc is not part of the hotel. The rooms are very small and it is a bit like a hostel so if you can’t use the facilities there is not much to do since it is a very remote location.

Swimmingpool and gym were nice. Breakfast poor. Friendly and helpful straff. Wi-fi was a little on and off at room, but at receptionarea it worked perfectly. Local bus stop right outside hotel and takes you in to Mestre central where you easily could go to Venice city by boat or train. Lidl, a farmacia and some bars are near hotel. Restaurant at hotel probably great for dinner. Locals included the local police ate there every day during our stay.

Hotel and staff really great breakfast could be improved but pleasant and made the start to the day great. However it would have been nice it the pool area was open as it would be relaxing after a day in Venice to sit outside but the plus side is there is a small pub just a short walk away which was lovely. The restaurant menu really good but specialises in fish so not so good if you don't eat fish. Overall really lovely place peaceful amenities great ans helpful staff made our few days memorable.

He hotel room was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful. The was the first time I went to Venice so I was not certain what to expect. For the price the room was nice and big with good storage space and cupboard and dressing table. Wifi was available as well as pool and gym facilities from 9-9 weekly and reduced service on the weekend. The breakfast was not great but for €5 it's worth the price. The Resort is located 10-15 minutes drive from Venice city centre. If you drive into the city the parking for the day is €26 economical if you are only walking around Venice City to drive in with a group. The other alternative is to get the 1,2,3, or 7 day pass €20 for day €30 for 2 days and more for 3 €40 & 7 €60. However you could take the boat to Murano, Barono, Torccillio and others.

Lovely hotel. 15 mins from airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the wifi is hit and miss, however if youre only staying 1 night Im sure you can live with it. Would definitely recommend

We were received well - even given options for our choice of rooms. The place was very clean, staff very friendly and associated restaurant high quality. Only draw-back was the relatively early closing times of the pool area/gym. Recommendable for base for Venice visits.

It’s a shame to have to have to give Green Garden Resort such a low score but I have to go on the overall experience I had. I spent five nights at the Green Garden Resort so the kids could have access to the swimming pools whilst visiting my late husband’s family in Italy. The rooms are clean and good working order. The reception staff are really polite, friendly and helpful. However, I wish there was a fridge in the room. My biggest problem was with the breakfast and catering service. The breakfast is limited and the quality is the worst I have ever experienced. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and the texture was horrible... every now and again you get a little crunch. The orange juice was not fresh orange juice but some red cheap alternative. The coffee machine didn’t look like it’s cleaned regularly and the croissants are fifty shades of burnt! You can’t even order a freshly cooked omelette, so I pretty much lost all my appetite with what was on offer. For a country that is synonymous with good food, the catering falls seriously short of the standards for even a 3 star hotel and therefore, reflects poorly on the hotel. On top of that, you’re not allowed to take any food away with you, which is fine if you’re an adult, but when your kids hardly eat anything and are being charged the same rate as an adult, surely there should be some exceptions to such a pathetic rule. Really disappointed as this hotel could be so much better under the right management.

Everything was amazing aside from the area. Driving up to this place was pretty scary but once you entered, it was an oasis. The bed was two singles pushed together, so beware of the gap. Service was amazing, everyone spoke English which was very helpful. We went to the diner and the food was good, we didn’t get drinks for 20 minutes though. The indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool was really nice and refreshing after our long day in Venice. Venice is a 1.50 euro bus ride away. It does take about 30 minutes via bus to get there.

Booked this hotel because it claimed to have air conditioning, an outdoor poor, and an indoor pool. IT IS A LIE!!! They have some system that they consider air conditioning, but it is configured to not allow the temperature to be set below 22 degrees Celsius (71.6 degrees Fahrenheit) in the individual rooms. This does not meet our expectations of air conditioning! Note that the reception area allows lower temperatures to be set, so even they believe that 22 degrees Celsius is not cool enough sometimes.Their pools are really pools that they have access to at the gym facility next door. Because of this, the pools close at 7:00pm!!We had booked this hotel for two nights but because of the false advertisement, we were tried to cancel the reservation. The hotel clerk stated that their policy was to keep the first night and only refund the second. Because we had booked through Expedia though, we had to deal with Expedia. We called and were told by Expedia and by the hotel clerk that we would receive a refund for the second night, but they had to discuss the refund of the first night with the manager (who would no be in until the next day). After several days, we were told we would get NEITHER night refunded.Beware that Expedia is not representing you the consumer, they consider the hotel to be always right, not the customer.
