Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast. Friendly reception. Spotless room. Unfortunately my stay was negatively affected by what must have been a broken ventilation system in my room. I was unable to change the controls, and the room was crazy hot with extremely poor ventilation. A pity and I imagine just bad luck, as the rest of the hotel seemed very nice. I did inform the front desk on 3 separate occassions, but unfortunately it was not repaired during my stay. I should have asked to switch rooms but I didn't, which I regret.

Paid €240 for room only (in annex away from the pretty building in the photo) which was quite basic, in tired condition. Balcony had no table or chairs and despite requesting a non smoking room, room smelt like someone had smoking. Location is very pleasant just off the river but not particularly good value for money.

In general all went well and a very relaxing place. Things to improve: this is a good place also used for business travelers . Having issues to have an ironing board and an Iron for more than one day is really something that is not costly and can be addressed .

Cold shower. Nothing worse. Reported at reception only to be told I should have rung as maybe they could have done something (turned the temp up?!) which I didn’t appreciate because 1. I’m not an idiot and know how to operate a shower 2. How should I have called them up when I am in the shower?! Plus, I have work to get to and the shower was just falling apart so nothing that can be fixed today!

The overall condition of the hotel was not bad, but I think it was expensive compared to its size and condition. I couldn't use it because I was busy, but I may have had a ticket to use the SPA for one per 1 night, but since there was no information about it, I thought it was only available to those who asked (I have complaints about the overall service). And I used the hotel restaurant one day, and the steak was the worst. I had high expectations because of the price and the highlighted text, but the condition was close to the worst steak I've ever had.

The hotel was really very good, with a great location right on the Seine river, very near a business district. Unfortunalely I had no time to use the wellness facilities, but I did have a quick look at them - very, very nice. I can definitely reccomend this hotel, and will probably stay there again if I am in the area.

We had to switch rooms because electricity did not work any where in the first room. The second room had no air conditioning and the front desk told us air conditioning was not available in the building however other rooms had air conditioning. The place has a good location. The place looks nice but very poorly maintained. I would not stay here again. You’d be better off car camping.

Overall, it's a very nice stay. For people love nature surroundings, it's a wonderful place to stay. Right next to La Seine and hiking path, beautiful. Very convenient for parking and cozy restaurant for breakfast. However there are some issues bothered us a bit, ie, for 9 days stay, they put us right next to the elevator and cleaning/laundry room which is noisy sometimes from morning until night because all the big cleaning carts are just outside the room. What's more, the elevator was broken during half of our stay, at last we have to carry our big suitcase and walk the stairs without any assistance. What a pity. But anyhow, we were there to visit family during Christmas, it is a beautiful neighborhood and we definitely will go there again. Hopefully the elevator will be fixed by then and have a more quiet room. *_*

I loved everything about this property, the location calm and less than 10 mins walk to the IFP school where I was on training, the restaurant (!!!!), the massage (ooooohhhhh!!!), I even managed an hour at the teeny tiny "gym". Only problem I had was an unexplAinable bad funky smell in the room! I didn't complain about this to the hotel because I usually was too tired to move when I got back in the evenings but it sure made going back to my room not so "excellent". Besides this, it was a perfect stay and I will definitely be returning. Already recommending to all my friends!

We picked this hotel outside of Paris, due to us renting a vehicle and the stars. Very beautiful, under construction since they are expanding. Excellent food during lunch and dinner service. A few things, the toilets where placed really high. I know odd? They are very eco friendly. We came during a weird weather change. The first three nights it was cold outside, and we just left the AC/heater off (they have a central control for the heat and cold so we were not able to change the A/C). However, the next few nights it was hot, we had to sleep with our balcony door open, which is a HUGE problem since it is next to La Sienne. What I mean is MOSQUITOS, and my was I uncomfortable and full of bites the next day. My suggestion? Add some screens. Plus people go to party back there making noise well into the night. The staff is super nice, went out of the way to help with our questions, and comments.

I was amazed when I saw the pictures and the website of the hotel, it looked so amazing and comfortable, and as a four stars, there are some standard services that you would expect. Then, I arrived, and was put far away in a guesthouse, completely disconnected from the main building on a site that is under construction with many inconveniences. The SPA as announced is not a standard one, and there is no gym facilities. The mini bar is just filled with one small bottle of still and one small bottle of sparkling water at a terribly high price, and the room was so tiny for a double. Indeed the bed is comfortable, but there was no ironing - which one expects at any four stars in Europe, and the price that was charged was totally unfair for the standard offered. The breakfast was also very average for the price charged. I was really disappointed with the staff (have to wait long before getting a iron and a very poor one when it arrived), the phone numbers that are put there for room service or housekeeping are not responding, and you have to call reception, and they are not treating requests on phone. Will not recommend neither go back there Thanks

Free parking is a plus in Paris and there was ampel parking at the hotel. Relativly Close to both the sights of Paris and the Airport, Charles Degaulle. Quite, rural surroundings, next to the river Sein. VERY friendly and helpful staff Great restaurant and even the breakfast was very good. The spar was very peaceful and relaxing.

transportation here is by cab or private car. otherwise you walk half mile to the RER stop or bus. restaurant is expensive and menu does not change. room is nice but efficiency room key sets off timers that are annoying. Bed good. Housekeeping nice . Nice pool, sauna, and hot tub.

My only concern was that the spa building and the main reception building including the bar and restaurant were separate from my building. Not convenient when you have to go to different places for breakfast, have a relaxing time at the pool. I used the room service but the menu is really limited and Ive been advised that I couldn't choose any dishes from the bar or restaurant menu. But on the website it's said you can. I was a bit disappointed. But overall pleasant stay and convenient for me when I have to visit the French office once again a month. Only 10 min drive

Because of this our family room was actually two rooms with communicating doors, which while it allowed my wife and I to have time to ourselves, it was a bit impractical keeping an eye on the kids. The hotel is tucked away next to a golf course in a suburb of Paris, and while there were lots of rooms there were comparitively few other guests, so it made for a very peaceful stop after driving over 600kms earlier that day.

The hotel is in a magnificent setting and is highly original. I paid a reasonable price for a top quality room and ate at the hotel restaurant which was again top quality and as you would alos expect quite expensive.
