The hotel was a little hard to find and getting there requires driving. Inside the hotel, the place was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. Still rather expensive but no issues with the payment itself. Good reputation but still accepts cash. I said "group" because we were not in a couple, but we were just two elderly women.

So close to the shops… great for a shopping getaway! Room was great, clean and roomy. Would definitely recommend!

Booked a twin and got a double for my friend and I. Upgraded to twin room at a cost of $30 per night. This room had no safe, kettle and storage was seriously lacking with small window to boot. The room was located in the penthouse floor - not sure why they called it this. Gym facilities was a small room with treadmill, bike and some weights which mysteriously disappeared the next day with the holder returning the following day empty of weights. Didn’t use the pool although looking at it it was pretty small. On my day of leaving had a nasty altercation with two staff (one allegedly being the Manager - but she looked like she had just come in after a night out) all because I wanted my receipt to show how much I had been charged for the upgrade. This was in Quebec as they were as rude as their Parisian neighbours.

There is a $4 bottle in the room. We did not use it and they still charged us for the bottle!!! Not nice.
