No ventilator, fan or airconditioning. Really hot!!! But nice breakfast and the pizzeria is good.

Very poor hotel in a good location, no AC, weird smell in rooms (bleach in one, smoke in the other), only one receptionist was kind, the rest wouldn't smile much or even interact. Parking too expensive, for a parking that's 5 mins away from the hotel.

Downtown area, our stay was on a separate building so it was an apartment building not a hotel room. It was ok but no air conditioning. Would not recommend for summer hot days.

Accessing the property is difficult. Street parking is very hard to find, and the road design in Locarno makes it harder to navigate. The rooms also have no AC. It can be very loud at night to open the windows because it’s at the plaza.

A nice hotel in the middle of the Locarno. The man in the reception was really helpful and service minded. We got help eäwith both parking anfäd nice places to visit. A bit poor breakfast but a charmig location with a french balcony towards the street. It was really warm days and the fan had to short cord so the windows needed to be open why the noises from the street were disturbing. The room was spacious so there was a great familyroom. Close to restaurants, shops and adventures.

The staff were friendly, and it was very central. This is 3 star so some of the amenities were a bit basic (uncomfortable bed but good pillows). Things that could have helped were chairs for the balcony, stronger overhead light bulb in the main room, toaster at breakfast). Convenient for one night.

Location is excellent, right on La Plaza Grande. However, this is a bare-minimum hotel. The bathroom sink had cracks, the decor was old and unattractive, and there was no kettle to make tea or coffee and no fridge.

Clean room with a little balcony. Was overlooking the bar so got quite loud and we had to keep the balcony open in the night due to no air conditioning so it was noisy. However, friendly staff and lovely hotel near a coop and very walkable to the town centre.

Great location in town centre. However, no Air condition and only one fans avaible for 2 rooms. Quite noisy street. We booked a room in the hotel but instead got rooms in a building across the street. Very expensive breakfast that wasnt good and difficult to find a healthy Choice in the buffet.

Location of the hotel is by Piazza Grande. Our room was not part of the hotel but more like an apartment across. The room was big but dark and tired looking. Was not a welcoming look. Not enough socket points for charging our phones and none by the bedside. Slight overpriced in my opinion.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the center of town, the Piazza Costello. As an older property it has a definite charm with a pink theme with cherubs. Dinner in the restaurant was very good: the beef entrecôte was perfectly cooked medium rare, and my companions pork cordon bleu was good. The waitress was very genuine, and recommended an excellent wine for us. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is located at the quiet end of Piazza Grande, at the heart of city and close to the port, train station, and main shopping arcades, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. the room was clean and comfortable.Staff were friendly and helpful. Super clean hotel & room. Very convenient location right on Piazza Grande. Walking distance (5-10 minutes) to major attractions, including funicular to Orselina where you will have nice views over the city, lake Maggiore & Madonna del Sasso Sanctuary. Across the street at the funicular stop in Orselina, you can continue your journey to Cimetta in a Cable Car for an additional price. From the top of Cimetta, on a clear day, you can see the highest point in Switzerland at a distance (Pic Dufour) and the lowest point (Lake Maggiore). Hotel provides a parking card for 7,00 CHF per day (in-out unlimited accesses) & parking Castello is 150 meters from hotel. Breakfast Buffet is included & good choice are available.

Hotel Dell Angelo in Locarno Switzerland was a nice hotel with very well maintained amenities. It had a pretty unusual style though with large ceramic vases and strange oil paintings on the walls contrasting with modern features elsewhere in the hotel. Generally though I enjoyed my stay, the complimentary breakfast in particular was much better than I expected.
