Overall, we had a great stay, and I would like to highlight several aspects of our experience.
The rooms were spotless and cleaned twice every day, which we truly appreciated. The staff was great—very helpful and gracious—and the entertainment team went above and beyond. We would like to give a special thanks to Leo, Antonella, and Candice for their exceptional service. Additionally, we found the food in the buffets to be of very good variety and quality.
I would also like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. While the rooms were very clean, we found the floors to be quite slippery. Regarding the pool, while it was clean, the water was too warm to provide much relief on a hot day. Finally, while the food was good, I would like to see more variety in the premium restaurants, as the menus felt short and remained the same throughout our stay.

Beach is still a smelly mess but that's just Mother Nature. Otherwise the place was squeaky clean, the staff was amazing- absolutely amazing! Food was generally good. Presentation was great - we have found it's generally a good idea to avoid steaks in Mexico resorts but everything else was really good. Entertainment was good and we just really were impressed with everything.

Pool entertainment was lacking only had one game with playmakers. Everything else was great just need more enertainment at pool and more up beat music at pool. Food, night show, Disco club, drinks, was really good.
