The hotel location is very close to the Tram station. Room size is good. Breakfast is ordinary. What makes the hotel stand out is the staff! Special thanks to the excellent staff, Alina and Inora. They tried to accommodate all our requests about the room and are very attentive and patient. They made our stay a wonderful one. Will come back to stay here again!

It's certainly convenient that the hotel is accessible via the underground tram. It's a shame the directions provided by the hotel weren't clearer, resulting in a €40 taxi fare from the airport.
Our room on the 5th floor was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. However, the complimentary amenities were quite basic, consisting only of liquid soap. While coffee and tea facilities were available, refills weren't provided. We also only received complimentary 2 x water bottles upon arrival, and they weren't replenished during the daily housekeeping service, which also included the coffee supplies. A definite plus, though, was the ability to boil our own water.
Ultimately, the hotel's location, easily accessible by the tram, is a significant advantage.
