Location * Excellent location, around 5–7 minutes from the city centre. * Located in a safe area of Nice. Room & Cleanliness * The hotel and room were clean overall. * The room was quite hot for some reason, even with the AC on. * The AC unit was quite old. * There were no hand towels. * Only one power socket was available, and it was in the bathroom. * There were only two USB ports beside the bed, which was inconvenient as they did not support USB-C, so we could not charge our phones. * Room cleaning is not included and comes with an additional charge. Parking * Underground parking was available and felt safe. * There is direct access from the parking area to the hotel. Hotel Facilities * There is a convenient vending machine in the lobby with drinks, snacks, and basic amenities such as chargers and adapters. Breakfast * We did not have breakfast as the timing was too early and we felt it was too expensive for what was offered. Overall The hotel is quiet, clean, functional, and has convenient parking. However, don’t expect much beyond the basics. It is essentially a sleep-and-go kind of hotel, which works well if you mainly need a place to stay while exploring Nice.

    6.8 / 10Average·Sep 2026
The hotel is located away off the old town and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop. Nice Riquier train station is within walking distance. There is a Carrefour nearby, but not many restaurants and shops. The room is basic with few amenities like toiletries. Housekeeping is available with an additional fee. The hotel is relatively clean and meets basic needs.
