Stayed for 3 nights — no hot water for most of our stay. Reported the issue several times, but staff either didn’t know how to fix it or were unavailable. Agoda refused any compensation. Would not recommend booking here unless you’re okay with cold showers and zero support from both Agoda and the hotel staff. Additionally, the floor of the room was dirty upon arrival, evidently it was not cleaned since the last guests.

This hotel sticks, room is too small which is still fine for the price but the bedsheets were dirty and had bedbugs. When we woke up after first night there, we had bed bug bites on our backs and arms. We informed the management and they said they they would change the sheets, they said they can't change our room or do anything else. SO the next night we had to stay in the same room but cound't sleep on the bed so spent the night on the chairs. They also keep peoples money in the name of "key fee". Agoda refuse to help us with the bedbug issue, didn't rebook us or gave any compensation
