    I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Initially, I was given a room with stairs leading up to the room from the elevator, as well as stairs inside the room leading to the sleeping area. It was very difficult for us as we had heavy luggage. Upon hearing our concerns, the manager found another room for us which was on the ground floor, and it was great! Thanks to him, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious enough for us to open 2 large suitcases at the same time. It was also very comfortable. The location of the hotel was awesome, with many eateries nearby. It was also a short walk to Paddington Station, which was convenient for us to get to Heathrow airport. I would have given more stars if the hotel had laundry facilities. Nonetheless, I would consider staying here again if I visit London in future :)
