    Room is small but is very clean , nice staff , convenient location ( just 6-7 mins walk to Paddington station , can go to Hyde park by 18 mins walk ) and different kinds of restaurants nearby by this hotel and the opposite of this hotel is Tesco Express! Highly recommend!!

    I've stayed here several times. Staff were always amazing. This time they were "okay" check in man was amazing. Friendly and efficient. It seems I made some kind of error when I booked I really thought breakfast was included like the other times I stayed, my bad but that was disappointing. Breakfast FREE stickers everywhere, but apparently on this occasion I booked on the wrong site. Not the hotels fault. Wish staff could have helped my open doors when I was leaving but they were all chatting amongst each other whilst I struggled with my luggage and doors, but thankfully 2 passing people held the doors for me. Great location. Quiet and comfortable. Although not perfect, will stay again & do recommend. I always stay here or The Mercure (almost opposite)

    Rooms are located in an underground level. Being so close to Paddington station means you can hear a loud noise and the building vibrate every time a train/underground goes past. Which is very very often until about 12midnight
