It’s conveniently located - about 8 min walk from Paddington Station and close to Edward Road Station and various bus stops. We stayed 8 nights in a twin room with window on the top (4th) floor. We pushed the beds together to allow more walk space. Plenty of space under the beds to store luggage. Strong AC and blackout curtains kept the summer heat away. Beds were firm. Overall the room is comfortable. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping is every 3 days but can get new towels with front desk. As for downsides… - No kettle in room. - Though on top floor, we could still “hear” vibrations from the trains. We were out most of day so it didn’t bother us as much. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
