Great location. Easy access to multiple train, coach, and train stations (Paddington). Pretty street and neighborhood. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Staff were very kind and accommodating.
Warm room. Hard to cool down in heat, though fan was very strong/reliable. Needed window open, which exposed us to street level chatter/vehicles and cigarette smoke from outside.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Quick access to public transport, both the underground train and buses.
The room was smallish for family of 3 adult women and two kids.The shower head needs changing or a good clean up. Breakfast can be more variety. Allow guests to carry fruits for on the go. There are small ants…. Uber picks nearby road instead of specific place.

We never got to see the property as the room we booked had a problem with the WC so we had a room given to us from a different hotel next door to there sister hotel
