Easy enough to get to and clean
The three flights of stairs to get to our room at the top of the building. No lift. They did try and look for another room but there wasn’t one. Not my ask but if you have trouble getting upstairs you would need to sort something before booking. I’m 62 and could just about manage the stairs. Additionally, some more handrails could be strategically placed.

Location was perfect for our planned appointment in London
parking right outside the front door was perfect
Whilst the room was as expected the bathroom was tiny and difficult for me as a 6ft adult, which took the edge off our stay. Staircase down to the breakfast room was only just manageable

Convenient
Cramped, expensive, you can hear the people in the room next door. They don’t serve breakfast until 8, even on a weekday!
