Wow where to start
Unhelpful processes on the telephone from refusing gluten free breakfast options after 2 phone calls to having to reserve parking on the day and pay extra for the privilege to the room looking like a war zone with broken bed dirt everywhere coffee up the walls (well I hope it was coffee) missing light switches

It was strange, when I got to the door of the White House it was locked with a note saying go around corner to Seymour Hotel. So this is a review of the Seymour Hotel. Breakfast was included, it was not very good nothing hot. Room was ok and clean. Stairs was wide enough but no lift so if you have bad knees could be a problem if you got the 3rd floor.

They dont have elevator. The stairs is too stiff and narrow. The staff doesnt even help to move our luggage. They just dont care. When u arrive, there is a signage that u need to check-in on the side of the bldg, that’s where the receptionist is. So you have to move ur luggage to check in. And then return to where their room is and you need to move AGAIN your luggage WITHOUT the help of their staff. So if you are travelling with heavy luggage, this is NOT RECOMMENDABLE. Staff is not friendly.

I was given a room on the second floor in the Seymour Hotel instead of the White House Hotel. The pros include walking distance to Paddington Station, a nice variety of food outlets nearby, and the room was very clean. Moreover, very smooth and quick check out. The cons included very small rooms, no place to but your luggage bags, a washroom with limited shower space and a person can barely fit in, steep stairs, and a very simple breakfast with toast, butter, cheese, cereals, tea, and coffee, but no eggs.
