No frig in the room, no microwave, the wasn't clean. this place is so dirty.

Room was rather dirty. Had a weird odor. Tv had lines through it. Ac didnt work.

Booked online and didn’t have any rooms when I arrived. Told me she would refund and cancel my reservation online, but didn’t. Pretty scummy and sketchy. Place smelled of cigarettes and was not organized in the lobby upon arrival. All around would not recommend to anyone.

Vomit in the parking lot, there was a toenail clipping on the floor, room smelled like smoke. It was gross and felt not safe. I ended up checking into a different hotel. Staff was pleasant to deal with.

The room served its purpose for my needs, but there was a lot of condition issues.

Other guests are very noisy at night outside while trying to sleep, I asked front desk twice for bed spread never came

1st didn't kno it required a 50dollar deposit had no cash they had all the laundry throwed around in msin lobby where everyone could see than get to room dusty no hot water didnt have housekeeping couldn't get clean towels they the sheet on top of comforter wasn't the comforter as pictured

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap, don’t expect everything to work. Toilet didn’t flush, no maintenance guy came. Room service didn’t come although we requested. You need to pay a 50$ cash deposit and you get it back if you checkout before 11am. If not, then you literally don’t get it back!

I reserved two nights and the clerk was aware that this was an emergency stay due to my mother being in the ER at St. Joseph’s John Henry. We reserved the room at 11 pm Friday night but we’re not able to get there til early morning Saturday 5am. They would not let us check in because it was after 3 am. They cancelled my room for the next day as well. The room was paid for. They never explained to us that we had to be there by 3 am. The place was very dirty in the office and the grounds. The manager was not willing to work with us at all knowing our situation. He stated he did give us a refund on the second night, but is waiting for hotels.com to reach back out to him to confirm it all. Very poor customer service. Will never go there or try to go there again.

I have an issue with the return policy for deposits. The property only returns deposits between 7a-7p, but my problem was that my bus left Detroit at 640am. I had to leave Detroit without my deposit and now have to wait for management to mail me my deposit.

Among my arrival, my hotel room was dirty. I was not given a refund. The room was nasty. The hotel didn’t even look like the picture online the area didn’t even look like the picture. It just was horrible.

The place needs an upgrade. Dirty walls, batrooms, tore up curtain, chipped paint, tv not working, dirty bedding etc...
