Location of property was ideal to.explore local towns like Llandudno and walking distance to Angel bay to watch the Seals.
Next to the beach and a nice beach cafe.
Had an Issue with Front door which wouldnt lock and unfortunately this wasnt fixed during our stay.
Became difficult has my son kept opening the door.
I was told porch door locked, which it did, but for security and peace of mind both doors should lock!

Nice, clean, spacious accommodation - a home-from-home! Great location - couldn't believe how close the property was from the sea, you can see it from the front door, barely a minute's walk to the newly refurbished seafront. Ideal for pleasant walks on the beach. There was even a downstairs toilet and a large American fridge freezer. Nice private garden.
Coffee shop and icecream bar at end of road by seafront. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, lovely garden, spacious and comfy downstairs area, communication with host.
A couple of very minor things: shower cabin is on a small side and as it’s a rain shower; I could not avoid getting my hair wet. I would have appreciated an option to switch to a hand held shower head.
The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people- I think a dishwasher would have been convenient.
That being said, me and two friends loved the cottage and we had a wonderful time in Wales.
Ben, the host, was absolutely great in terms of communication.

kitchen modern and well equipped
lovely back garden - although north facing
great location and fab cafe at end of street - the breach cafe bar is delish!
pests in carpet and advised the owner with no response - had to hoover twice a day
only had rain shower and very small space so awkward
furniture dated and decor dated also
