good clean room with common kitchen area and fridges
maybe some cutlery and a sink in the common area plus a bigger 2nd microwave

Reasonable price
I arrived in the dark. The sign at the entrance was not lit so not easily visible. The entrance to the building was not clear in the dark. The tone of messages in the accommodation building was terse. Not welcoming. The accommodation building felt uncared for.

Good parking and cheap
We had 3 rooms and the tv’s were all unusable as the attend gets no signal. Not a single channel. Landlord also completely unresponsive when we text about being unable to access a room.

Good location
No staff on site.
Pretty isolated location, except for petrol Stn over the road, and the building cannot be seen from the road and the two front doors are left open all night.
Didn’t feel particularly safe in the house with the doors left unlocked all night. I should have had a kettle I my room but there wasn’t one so I had to go down the long corridor in the night, past all the other rooms and down stairs to the communal room to get hot water, knowing the doors were unlocked and anyone could gain access.

Perfect location for my trip to Bristol Airport
Nothing
7.0 / 10.0
The location was great for the airport, the room was clean and well presented, warm and ready to spend the night. Tea, coffee and kit kats available were nice. The shower and toilet were clean and modern, and the bedding was fresh.
No cutlery available, ended up going over the garage for a fork (who travels with cutlery), and someone upstairs was checking every damn draw for something, open close open close.
10.0 / 10.0
There was no breakfast but there was a kettle and all that was needed to make a hot drink. The bed was super comfortable. I thought it was good value for money.
8.0 / 10.0
Suited me well. Easy to find, close to airport parking and terminal. Quiet
2.0 / 10.0
Location was good and easily accessible.
Staff were rude & unhelpful, would not answer the phone and would only communicate via text messages.
Hairs found in the bed as well as heavy stains & holes in the sheets. Large rips in the pillow cases. All should be replaced.
Room was cold, with no way to turn the radiator on.
Shower (or wet room, as it actually was) flooded into the bedroom, so couldn’t have a proper shower. Had to keep turning the water off when it got too close.
Walls very thin, woken at night by late comers arriving and at 5am by people leaving early.
5.0 / 10.0
Good value for simple room
No water pressure for shower in the morning, hot water was cold.
Lack of door on shower meant whole bathroom got wet.
Lots of noise from car park all through the night.

It's second time we choose this locating for our stay around Bristol. Good value for money, easy access process, well located. The bed is comfortable, clean towels and bed sheets.
Rooms are not really soundproof, so better bring earplugs even if customers are generally respectful.
1.0 / 10.0
Place was clean and has recently been renovated but there was a lot of snagging issues such as falling tiles, missing floor laminate, loo seat literally falling off (easy to tell when you clean it)
No sound proofing or insulation; one of the outdoor summer garden spaces. Was like sleeping outdoors with road noise extreme (large lorries all night) & garage literally over the road communicating by speaker after a certain time.
Lock on the door was a padlock. One inside bolt which had shifted and couldn't quite get in. Security for the space was nothing. Literally.
No facilities as mentioned; no microwave, crusher or eating area. Specifically chosen for this as I have children with AFRID and allergies who I have to bring food for.
Cannot get hold of anyone. At all. Self check in is fine but I emailed concerns with safety, due to poor Maintenance of outside space, and ignored. No other contacts given. You're basically on your own.
Outside dangerous; brambles very over grown and pretty much impossible to get into property without getting literally tangled up, rotting apples attracting wasps not even picked up, rotten through outside tables; Wouldn't have been good even at the beginning of the season. Rubble outside the property. Literally don't care.
I informed them of issues & I got no response. Booking.com appear to simply be an intermediary who take a cut & offer no support for the renter.
I am a positive person so I'd rather offer no review than a negative one. But this place is dangerous & sub standard

It’s a stay we needed halfway between Cornwall and Bristol. It’s tucked away so not noisy even along a main road. Very basic, more like a hostel than hotel.
No clear signage so a bit difficult to find initially. No reception so no one to answer questions or help you sort things out.

Great location
Very uncomfortable bed. Poorly designed shower which meant the room smell quite damp. My one and only reason for staying here was so I didn’t have to get up early but I was really disturbed in the night by noise.

It was clean and sufficient
Noisy with people coming and going too airport

Worst mattress I've ever slept on, grubby poorly maintained room. No one to complain to, Generally grubby parking area and surroundings. A lick of paint and a decent mattress and pillows is not too much to expect for ÂŁ75. We won't be back

Bed was comfortable, and the room had basic facilities. The biscuits were a nice touch.
Parking was extremely difficult. The spaces are very small and at awkward angles when the car park is almost full. It's also not well lit, which makes it even more difficult. My husband managed to park but with great difficulty.
It took us a while to locate our room because it was dark and unclear, which was "the main building." Emailing a visual aid would help.
The room smelled strongly of smoke, so we had to keep the windows open all night. I assume this was due to the previous occupant as the bedding, etc, smelt clean.

Location was near to where I needed to be.
On website, advised a toaster available but text and was informed cleaner would put out about 9:00 am im the morning, I was leaving between 8:15 - 8:30 am. When eating in the downstairs lounge/mini kitchen lights keep going out and you have to keep getting up. TV did not work, Bed remote did not work.
More suitable for a student or young teenager who did not want to share with parents.
Arrivals x 3 assumed I was on reception when it is self check in.

Directions where good.
Had parking.
The bed side table had 2 screws sticking out instead of handles.
Usb ports on the power point did not work.
Duvets and pillows smelled of a very strong body odour, the bed linen had been washed but still had stains on it.
When we came to get a shower at 7.30 in the mornig there was no hot water.
As this was a birthday weekend with family, my wife and I had to find somewhere for a second night.
6.0 / 10.0
Enough parking spaces. Lots of green trees around.
Rather difficult to find. Room was small. More like a motel than hotel. Facilities very minimal. Bathroom door cannot close properly.
9.0 / 10.0
Handy location, free car park, easy to access rooms. Nice communal space both outdoors and indoors. Nice pub just over the road and another down the road but still walking distance
Room was a little small but acceptable for a single room. No air conditioning but guess not every year is as hot as this summer

It's really handy to spend a night before an early flight. 2 minutes walk to bus stop to Bristol airport. Fridge and microwave in reception. Very nice shower. TV in room as well as tea and coffee facilities, even a hairdryer. Compact but very efficient. And all squeaky clean. Garage with handy shop across the road.
I arrived very late due to bus from Exeter stuck in traffic. Long gravel stone driveway difficult to wheel my suitcase. Reception dark and empty on my arrival. I was given a 6 number code for my room door but the gadget on the door was only 4 numbers. I couldn't find a telephone number for Bridge Farm anywhere and the lights kept switching off continually plunging me in darkness. Eventually after some frantic running around u and down again, a very kind gentleman guest on the ground floor pointed out the other gadget on the door handle!!!! I nearly slept on the couch in the reception as I was so tired and frustrated! But after all this, now I know the ropes, I will probably stay there again next time I have to catch an early flight from Bristol!

location was ideal
Toilet seat was loose,, sink would not empty quickly , needs sorting, television never did get tv to work, , car park tight if you get in late only because of inconsiderate guests, No one around to report the problems to.

Close to airport. Safe. Quiet. Clean. 24hr check-in via room key code..
8.0 / 10.0
The location and layout of its gardens and rooms, easy access to room key via email, relaxed.
No problems with water, no shower leakage into bedroom, roof window is blinded, brightly lit inside or twin wall lighted option, nice colour glowing rope leds outside.
Beds comfortable and room clean, kettle, good selection of tea/coffee, non replenishable, hair dryer in draw.
Well done , Will definately stay here again when I am close by.
though its a busy road the entrance has a small gate on the side of the entrance, this could be removed to create a wider, easier entry by car/van.
little problem with logging into internet, I did find the code in the reception area on the notice board, photocopies needed in garden rooms though : )

Good location for Bristol Airport, easy check-in process, room nice and clean on arrival.
Very small room (room 1A) which had no wardrobe or hanging space. The room door faced the kitchen and someone using the microwave in the early hours woke me up. The shower had no curtain so everything in the room got wet, including the loo seat. And the mattress was pretty worn out and uncomfortable. All this for ÂŁ65...!!
7.0 / 10.0
the room was clean and the beds were comfy .
the curtain was missing from the kitchen door directly onto the car park no pots or pans very little cutlery 1 fork 2 spoons 3 plastic knifes between 4 people not the end of the world but easily rectified .

Very quiet location - lovely room. All as described.
I was disappointed about the high level of single use plastics - eg for milk (why not leave some in the fridge downstairs together with small jugs for rooms; similar could be done with sugar.

Its location is ideal for the airport!
The bed is a memory foam mattress and we didn’t like that, though some may love it
