Clean room with coffee and tea available. Check in check out was very easy and straight forward. You do hear other guests when theyre leaving in the early hours of the morning but all in all a good stay

Easy to park and close to Bristol Airport, hassle free to access the clean rooms via a pin code. Kettle with tea/coffee provided in room, towels in Bathroom etc. Comfortable bed and would stay again if taking an early morning/late night flight.

The website states that an acess code for your room will be sent to by phone, by text AND email on the afternoon of your arrival. This did not occur and there was no response to a message I sent before boarding our flight, Our flight was delayed and on arrival I found a contact number on the website which is incorrect! Having worked out what it should be I rang it to discover it was just an ansaphone. As a final chance I checked my junk emails and found the access code. We finally got to bed at 2 am. I received a phone call from the accommodation at 6:56! Thanks for the alarm call, however I don't recall booking one. I have tried calling and messaging to point out that the information they are providing is incorrect. The only response I have received is that they were busy checking in other guests. This is an arms length service that clearly does not want to engage with it's customers. The room itself was adequate for the price and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was like a bad day at a public swimming pool with a badly designed wet room style floor that was constantly wet! It's clear that the reason for the late notification of access code is because they don't change the codes. Would I stay again? Only if I had to and I would ask for the same room despite the swamp because at least I would know the code! I would like to have discussed these issues with the owner in person as they have refused to engage I have been left with no alternative but to leave this review

I'm surprised they don't mention they're on the regular A1 airport bus route on the website. The USB sockets in the room seemed unreliable - the one on the TV worked some of the time; I was travelling light and couldn't bring a charger.

This B&B was perfectly adequate for our stay, having arrived back to Bristol Airport very late at night. Check-in was easy - lockbox codes sent earlier that afternoon as promised - and there were no issues. Room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of tea and coffee available. For the money - which was significantly cheaper than any airport hotel or Bristol central stay - this was great value. Will definitely use again if flying from Bristol and need a cheap bed for the night.

It was a nice area and check in was quick and easy. I think we got the worst room, it had a really mouldy smell which was not great for my husbands asthma. The bed felt damp, the toilet door didnt close, got stuck on the floor. It was only for one night but quite disppointing for price. It would have been the same price to stay somewhere else but I thought this seemed different but will not book again.

We arrived later than expected and it is was dark. Our chalet was on unlit and we had to fight through overgrown greenery to get to it. The room was sufficiently sized to accommodate our family but there were some cobwebs and our bed moved easily which we did not expect. There are was also a damp, musty smell which never went away. The flooring to the bathroom ended abruptly near the entry door, which increased risk of trips or stubbed toes. It served a basic need as somewhere to sleep but could really do with some updating to improve its appeal.

It was a nice place to stay when your travel though. Therese a shorts distance to the airport, Bristol center and Bath. We've got 3 nights at this place and used the bus to Bristol and Bath - it was easy. Unfortunately the road is a mainroad and had a lot of noise.

Cheap, very basic, overnight accommodation near to airport. Had to WhatsApp to get the codes for the rooms. (didn't see a soul). Toilet cistern was cracked and one towel was stained but rest of rooms and bed linen was spotless. Tea and coffee making equipment but no shampoo only some hand soap.

as a hotel we used for our travelling sub contractors , we have stayed here previously and had issues, which i over looked at the time as a one off, but on the stay here again this week , we had the exact same issues. the check in is not manned and is done with key codes but to get the key code the hotel says they will text you the details, this does not happen, the first stay we didnt receive any text message or email regarding access, this resulted in our lads waiting around for over an hour after calling and texting the number supplied and not receiving any answers, like i said i over looked it the first time. so on our second visit yesterday, yes we received an access code for the bottom door , but were not given a room number or any details of the room we booked, again texts and phone calls were ignored for half an hour until eventually we got a call back. we will not be using this establishment again, and i wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy, AVOID.

WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here before our early morning flight. We could not get in for 30 minutes! The people inside said they had the same problem too! But the worst part is the reallllly thin walls where you can literally here people talking next door. There were loud people in the room next to us who from 21:00-23:00 were laughing loudly and screaming to each other with no consideration to anyone else in the guesthouse. We could hear a man on the phone talking to someone for an hour in the room above us too. We only ended up getting a couple of hours sleep on the rock hard bed before leaving. WORST place we have ever stayed in. AVOID AT ALL COST!

It was clean, cheap and comfy. But we wouldn’t stay there again as the room felt claustrophobic. The slanted ceiling was ridiculously low and made it awkward moving around the bed. As mentioned in other reviews, the name on the gate is not the name we booked, and it has signs that it is a b&b - which it isn’t, although there are facilities downstairs to bring your own. I would recommend the Fox and Goose down the road, much nicer for about the same price

This is a self check in facility. The place, whilst in the Main road, was difficult to find because its name is different on the sign. It is accommodation for foreign construction workers so you are met by dirty boots at the entrance to the accommodation. The room i was given hasn't been cleaned. Luckily the text correspondence was quick and a new room was allocated.
