The hotel is located a short distance from Lynmouth harbour, and is up a small hill so it has good views of the bay. There is free parking on the road below the hotel and village car parks are free about 6pm to 10pm. The rooms were nice, clean and large with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing. Except the en-suite bathroom was a bit small.

The lounge, the seaview, typical décoration, the location close to harbour
Very simple and small room but we knew it before coming. The bathroom’s ventilation of the neighboring room was a bit too loud and woke us up earlier than we wanted
