Welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble (they found an extra chair for us), beautiful room with a mix of period charm and modern conveniences, lovely breakfast room and lounge, superb breakfasts that set us up for the day
Steps to the back of the property were challenging so we walked round to the front

Right in the centre of Town which is just what we needed, and a lovely spacious quiet room and bathroom which was just perfect
There was not anything to dislike, we had Room 1 it was warm clean quiet - just perfect - we would have preferred a shower to a step in bath but that is just a personal preference as husband has dementia and his coordination is sometimes a little off and we struggled to get him in and out

Location is excellent for what we needed. This was our second stay. Free parking and Wi-Fi. We ate in the restaurant/tea room during the day and it was excellent as was the breakfast.
