Location was excellent, quiet, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was great. Internet started on second day, but we wanted a break anyway. Likewise tele had no sound, but we appreciated the peace afterwards

This was a PERFECT stop on our bike trip. It was peaceful and quite area. The food at the pub downstairs was exceptional the service was fantastic, the room was beautiful, bathroom STUNNING! Overall customer service was really good. If we ever travel to that side of UK will definitely stop by again! Thank you

Location is lovely - set in a little Exmoor village. The reception lady was very friendly and helpful.
The bed was a bit soft and the evening meal was pretty ordinary. The older male staff member (? owner) was very non communicative to guests unless it seemed you met the being a local criteria. The breakfast seemed a disjointed affair although the eggs and toast were adequate
