About this apartment rental
Large and comfortable apartment, completely restored, located on the ground floor in a very quiet area 15 minutes' walk from the historic center of the city. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and its pantry, three bedrooms: two of them with double bed and a little one with single bed. Two spacious bathrooms, one of them equipped with washing machine . Outside a private garden with gazebo and barbecue. The apartment has a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishes and utensils and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are both complete with shower and bidet and feature a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror. In the living room a large dining table with chairs, a TV, a radio with CD player. Free WI_FI. Two bicycles are made available for guests for the duration of stay

For your safety, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
Is required a minimum stay of 4 nights. The rates per night are valid for two people. For each additional person is required an additional charge of Euro 30.00 / night, up to a maximum of 5 people in total. Children under 3 are free

Nadia and Armando are wonderful hosts always concerned about their guests and how they are enjoying their holiday. They do many things to ease the burden for you. Casa Valentina was in great location for us; close to the city but away from the busy centre of town. It has everything guests need and the garden area is an added bonus.

Casa Valentina was incredibly comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was spacious and everything had been thought of for the comfort of guests. Nadia and Armando were fabulous hosts; so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They left a thoughtful welcome pack to enhance our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Very clean and in great location. The main bedroom was very comfortable and the showers in both bathrooms were great. Having use of two bicycles included was a huge advantage, we used them far more than we could have anticipated. The property was also very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
