Great BnB with friendly staff and very short walking distance to the historical city center or Lucca. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place has free parking on-site and we were very happy with the breakfast vouchers we could use at the café next door.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Stella B&B in Lucca. Lovely old property, which was gorgeous, our room was spotlessly clean and the building was well managed by Lucia, who was friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. Breakfast was next door at the Stella patisserie, a fabulous cafe/shop/bar serving guests and locals alike with delicious food and drinks all day and into the evening. There was also a shared kitchen/diner available downstairs in the building if you wanted to make your own food or drinks at any time. The area was quiet but it was only a short ten minute walk into town. We would recommend and definitely return ❤️

The room was spacious and lovely and just a very short walk from the walled city. Perfect for our needs and the cafe a few doors away where breakfast is provided is really nice also. Luccia was welcoming and very helpful. Would heartily recommend.

Really pleasant stay. Room was nice and the staff were very helpful. Relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed the breakfast at the local Stelle Pasticceria (one of the best I've been too).

Stayed three nights, using it as a base to visit Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Close to the old town in Lucca and the availability of parking was great, unlike many of the hotels inside the old town. Clean, friendly and convenient. The wifi worked very well, breakfast in the adjacent patisserie was excellent. No hesitation in giving a high recommendation.

The property is just a 10 minute walk to the lovely walled city of LuccaB&B staff were great, helpful and courteous.Aside from having no lift, so anyone with joint issues may suffer with stairs, this B&B I would highly recommend

Not far from the wall surrounding Lucca its a 3 story walk up with tidy rooms. Lucia is a very nice lady who welcomes you to her quiet area of town. The pastry shop next door is a very popular place that has great snacks at Happy Hour!

Couldn't get the internet to work for anymore than a minute at a time. Very frustrating.

It's next door and will wake you up starting around 5 AM and then the customers arrive around 7. They're very good and since you're up, have a caffe. The staff are there from 3 to 7 to collect the room charges, and answer a question. Any other time, you're on your own, or the bulletin board. Not good if you are a walker.

Hotel with self serve kitchen within walking distance of gates to the old city. Clean large rooms, helpful staff but limited hours of service. Not walking distance from train station. Good free WIFI. May prefer a little closer to train station next time.

The location is not ideal - about 10 minute walk to the walled city.A bit difficult to get to on public transport but,once you get there,it is very nice and helpful staff.Manned only from 3pm.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is a 15 minute walk from the city walls and there is a lovely bakery next door for coffee and cakes. The rooms are spacious and spotless and bathroom huge. Bed is comfortable and plenty of room for belongings. You have use of a kitchen if you want to have drinks or snacks etc. Only complaint would be noise from the air conditioning unit - ok for the first couple of nights because we were really tired but on the last night unbearable and did not sleep.
