I liked everything. The Host is really nice & helpful. She gave us recommendations for where to eat in Lucca & where to park in Pisa. The breakfast was a feast. The B&B is beautiful & decorated with antiques. They have free parking in a private courtyard & a big flower garden that the guests are welcome to enjoy. My wife & son did art in the garden & loved it. The family that runs the place is very nice & welcoming. If we come back to Lucca we will stay here for sure.

We loved our two-day stay here. It's conveniently located outside the walls of Lucca but close enough to easily walk to the historic district. Parking was safe and secure behind a gated wall. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts phenomenal. This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting the wonderful medieval city of Lucca.

This is a fabulous B&B, very warm and VERY welcoming. It’s family run and all members of the family are just so very kind and so very generous in their hospitality that I would never even dream of staying anywhere else on any visit to Lucca. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable and the shower was great. It has a beautiful garden that must be something really special in the summer, and perfect for an evening apperitivo after a day of walking the city. The breakfast pastries, well, just look at the picture - in a word, delicious!!! It is absolutely everything you need. My wife and I and our 13 year old son just loved it.

What a beautiful place to begin our trip through Italy. Only a 3-5 min walk to central old town and tucked away on a very quiet little street, this place has it all. Parking inside the walls (the place used to be a convent for nuns), an upscale room, so much breakfast we couldn’t eat it all, and sweet proprietors (multiple languages spoken here- we needed English). The gates and doors are keyed so you are free to come and go as you like without checking in and out and the place was spotless. Owners live in the small home on the property next door but were alway around when when needed help. The courtyard and breakfast area is lush with greenery and birds are everywhere. Note that this booking feels like a small inclusive mix between hotel (amenities) and b&b with the a local family. -Great mix! Lucca’s old city is a very short straight walk away- we rented a bike to explore town on the proprietor’s suggestion and loved every min of our time here!I highly recommend this location. Ask them to tell you of the history here too. We will be back here in the future.

Our stay was perfect. Everything was squeaky clean. The room was comfortable and perfect as a one or two day stop on a road trip. There is private parking available and the place is 10 minutes to Lucca old town by foot. Our hosts went above and beyond.

A small B&B (just 2 rooms) in a beautiful property on a quiet side street. Just 15 minutes walk from the walls around Lucca. Neighbourhood was very nice and place was secure. Parking off the street behind locked gate. The hostess is incredibly charming, very helpful and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. There is a lovely garden where you can sit and relax and a fresh and plentiful continental breakfast. Thank you for a great stay!

Price, location and comfort were all excellent. We were treated like family and felt right at home. Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe. Agnese and Costanza were the perfect hosts and made the perfect coffee. Will definitely come back.
