Eldon Drive Saltney

Quiet area and not far from the city centre with a bus stop at the top of the road entrance to the main estate. Property was 5 min drive to Broughton retail park. It was great to have a parking space outside the property. The property was clean, tidy and well presented.

Listing states caters for families with young baby really need to consider having a high chair available and possibly putting up a stair gate. As we had our 11mth child with us and trying to climb the stairs. We were unable to get the radiator to come on in the front bed.

The house was lovely, and very cosy, it was like home from home, I was working in the are so it was really good to get back to the accommodation and relax with great cooking facility’s and a fantastic shower after a long working day.

Wasn’t to sure what bins outside belonged to property as it was dark, and wasn’t sure the general waste and recycling.

Lovely stay

Family of 3, clean and really to use (no ridiculous deposits and forms to fill in) Lighting was lovely as house felt very bright and cosy Everything worked as it should and prefect location although would need a car Garden area very spacious and south facing

Ideal space to stay close to Chester and Wales

Ideal for 4 people . Quite modern looking . Central heating . Good value for money . Quiet cul de sac . 5 minutes drive to Chester and 45 minutes to Conwy . We had an enjoyable stay . Yes , I would recommend it to other people .

However the renovation must have taken place a few years ago and would need a bit of retouching as far as humidity stains above the TV and bathroom window are concerned . The sofa and armchair ( armrest has a long hole) have seen better days .Our bed had some metal parts missing .

Great location and size, facilities good. Good parking space. Clean, lovely powerful shower. Beds comfy enough.

No tea,coffee or sugar supplied which is annoying. Batteries low in the control so made it hard to use the TV fire stick and normal TV Signal not the greatest but could be weather related. Needs a good dusting!

Visit to Chester

Clean and pretty well equipped. Parking outside, safe area. A lot more relaxing than staying in a local hotel and much quieter given the races were on. Good value for money. Emily very helpful.

Property is in a lovely quiet street just a short drive away from the beautiful town of Chester. The house is presented lovely and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

Immaculate and well set out. Excellent bathroom, and very good kitchen and bedrooms. Good size TV.

Out of the way a bit re shops etc. No Freesat or Freeview, making a change of channels slow and irritating.

Super little find

The house was situated so near all the attraction we needed to do while there. 20 mins to Chester, Chester Zoo 20 mins away etc. My grandkids and I had a great stay. Clean, well presented and spacious. Very well decorated. So comfy the beds and slept 😴 💤 so well. I had great communication with the host Emily, There was a couple of issues, but Emily kept me well informed b4 my stay and during.
