Location was excellent.
Plenty of space inside.
Lovely outdoor space.
Just had abit of wear and tear throughout the property.
Maybe a new downstairs bed.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Conveniently located to the city centre, yet quiet.
The house has 3 great sized bedrooms, tasteful bathroom with a great shower. Although we didn’t cook anything the kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to.
The hosts were helpful with all the information we needed. Couldn’t fault our trip at all.
There was nothing we didn’t like at all.
Parking isn’t the best but we did find a spot and you can park outside for a short time to load/unload, so not a negative, just an extra heads up.

Stayed Christmas 2024. The attention and response of the host was exceptionally prompt, helpful and considerate. Example only: sourced and installed a little Christmas tree for our stay squeezing that in between the previous guests and our arrival. Wonderfully located for access on foot to Chester's city walls and via the city wall to the heart of the city centre 5 minutes (or 10 minutes taking it really slowly). It was warm and well appointed.
Tiny points - the plug in the bathroom basin missing (although the bathroom was exceptionally attractive); maybe a touch of paint at some places, the decor itself being good; one bed was perhaps not the most comfortable.

It was a good location , nice and warm and had a back yard that was great to let the dog out .
The decor was nice but needed re-freshing in all the rooms.
It wasn’t cleaned to a good standard.
The beds and furnishings need replacing with new they were old and worn .
