The apartment is really nicely located, right up the stairs from a fish market, beautiful butcher shop, and vegetable store. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes so you can take full advantage of all that! The apartment is bright, with lots of windows, and it worked really well for four adults, although it did get a bit noisy at night.We had a great time staying there!

This apartment was spacious and comfortable for the three of us to set up for two weeks. Many great amenities to this place. We like to cook and it was great to be close to a green grocer, small shops and fish market at the bottom of the stairs at street level. Note there are stairs to get to this quaint old building in a lively neighborhood before climbing the stairs to the apartment. One of our party thought it was a bit noisy in the early morning. Nothing a set of earplugs cant solve.
There was a problem with the heating and mould on the shower curtain, the Nestor & Cheeves team had the problem rectified within hours with portable heaters and a new curtain. Very much appreciated this support, thank you. Would recommend duvets or heavier blankets for the beds in cooler months.

We had a great stay at this apartment in old Nice. The apartment was very large, quiet and well-located, extremely close to the beach, several restaurants shops and bars and the tram line. The only feedback we would have, would be if the keys could be collected at the property rather than an office site as it was not super close to the property. Apart from that, everything was amazing, thanks for a great stay!
