Located 50 metres from the "Cathedral - Old Town" tram stop, the apartment benefits from a central position in Nice's historic district. You can easily walk to Masséna Square, the Port, the beach or Garibaldi Square. This lively neighbourhood, rich in shops and restaurants, offers you an authentic experience just a stone's throw from the sea.

The living room, spacious and bathed in light thanks to its two large windows, invites you to relax with a comfortable chaise longue sofa and a large friendly table for your meals. The living room area is complemented by a flat-screen television, Wi-Fi connection, coffee tables and a display cabinet, creating a setting that is both practical and pleasant.

The open kitchen, with its modern and functional design, is perfectly equipped to meet all your needs: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, freezer-refrigerator, as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils. A space designed for cooking with simplicity.
ROOMS
The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms, decorated with care. Each is equipped with a queen-size bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and practical storage. The second bedroom also has a large wall-mounted wardrobe with a mirror, ideal for a comfortable and organized stay.
BATHROOM
The bathroom, completely renovated, offers you an elegant and functional space, equipped with a large shower, a towel radiator and a storage unit topped with a large mirror. A place conducive to relaxation after a day of discovery.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• Per 24-hour day
• Per week
• Per month
It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.

This was a great location to stay and within walking distance of many restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and adequate. It is on the 4th floor in the building, the elevator was not working so we climbed the stairs many times. The stairwell/entry isn’t very clean or welcoming and the door to the street is unlocked. Overall the apartment met our needs.
