Spacious and bright, this apartment of 72 m2 includes:
- a room with a double bed (140x190);
- another room with a single bed (90x190);
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals on site: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.;
- a warm living room with a sofa bed (140x200). It opens onto a balcony, perfect to enjoy the soft air of the French Riviera.

The beds are distributed in a way that comfort and flexibility alternate according to each person’s needs.

An iron, hairdryer and fan is also available for warmer days. Ideal for working remotely or organizing your visits. Although the accommodation does not have a private parking space, public paid parking is just 2 minutes walk away, offering a convenient solution for those arriving by car.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
