Welcome to MASSENA LOUNGE, a beautiful air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms. It is located in the very heart of Nice, on the pedestrian zone, right at the foot of the famous Place Massena. Its location is ideal for exploring the city: all major tourist attractions are within a 5-minute walk or less.
The apartment features a contemporary design. The layout follows an open-plan concept, with no interior doors separating the living spaces (except for the bathroom). This creates a warm, social atmosphere, but may not be suitable for guests seeking full privacy between rooms.
You’ll enjoy the natural brightness of the south-facing living room, as well as the spacious corner bathtub perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Please note: the second bedroom is located on a mezzanine level, accessible via stairs. The apartment is therefore not recommended for young children.

Great place to stay in Nice. Beautiful apartment with all household items and appliances needed for a comfortable stay. Very attractive décor.
Can be somewhat noisy at various times of day and evening as musicians often perform in Place Massena. This is especially true during Carnaval de Nice in February.
Note: Access to Netflix requires that you disconnect one of the available profiles and connect to your account. This was not explained in the material provided.

Nous avons passé deux mois dans cet appartement . Il se situe dans le coeur de Nice dans une rue piétonne à deux pas de la Place Massena. Le salon est ensoleillé . On peut ouvrir les fenetres et profiter du soleil, ou des sons dans la rue et la musique dans la place. Mais lorsque ils sont fermé tout est calme.
La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le seul chose qui n'est pas parfait c'est que le balcon est petit et fait en face du nord.

If you stay at this apartment be aware that the key pick up is only 8 minutes away. Positives: location, kitchen appliances, a/c, bed, spacious bathroom, quiet, many food stores & restaurants nearby, iron/board, elevator. Negatives: take shower in tub, w/d difficult to comprehend, roaches in kitchen and bath, 1.5 rolls of TP for 2 people for 5 days (N&J not sympathetic), 3 separate locks on front door(not reassuring, but no incidents) 1 slide bolt on bathroom door (interior).
