The flat has been completely renovated in 2011 and just had a fresh makeup in February 2016. There is air-conditioning in the 4 large bedrooms, granted the marble floors keep the entire place cool. Please note that the beds in the children's room are only for kids or teens. The swimming pool can be heated, even if in the summer it's usually at 29°C since the sun is on it almost the entire day. (Note, swimming pool season is from late May to end of September. Sometimes depending on the weather it can be stretched out to mid October.) There are 4 allocated parking places in the courtyard and could accommodate more if needed. There are no other privatized garden has large as this, located near the beaches.
