One of the best places to stay in the center of Cannes

A nice apartment in a very central quiet location. It also has a little lift and as a bonus the restaurant just in front of the entrance (Vita) has the best pizza ever (maybe the Napoli born cook has something to do with it). The Croisette Beach, Le Palais, Le Vieux Port and everything else that's important in the center of Cannes are just minutes away on foot. We have already decided to book the location for next year, it's that good. Oh, and if you arrive by car you can park extremely close at Interpark Gray de l'Albion which is safe, clean and can be reserved months in advance (if you are a worrier).

It's kind of a hotel so you will have the usual guest noise but that didn't bother us too much.

Perfect location in a lovely apartment

Loved this stay! It was perfectly located in Cannes. The host was so helpful. My apartment had an issue with the AC and the host responded quickly and moved me to another unit. It was the perfect stay

There’s a fight of stairs between the elevator and units. Didn’t really impact me much but just so you know for accessibility.

Once in the apartment, excellent stay.

No Breakfast, but good restaurants outside apartment , location was excellent for my requirements. I was very happy with the apartment and its location. See below... once in the apartment all was great.

I tried for 2 hours to make contact with anyone prior to my arrival. The telephone number was either incorrect, or handled by the wrong person. I found a lady in the restaurant below the apartment who helped me get things sorted.

Small and smart

Excellent location and clean. Well equipped with Iron, Iron board, coffee machine, good hairdryer, hangers, AC.

There was no double bed, there were twin beds not attached so constantly moving No daylight through the living room window which is good for sleeping but during the day feels dark and strange.

Very good

The property is excellent indeed and is a perfect spot for the main attractions with easy 5 min walk to the beach. The beds were super comfy with fresh linen and extra large towels provided. The coffee maker was supported with some refills and coffee tested nicely. If you travel by car, you'd need to be aware of the EUR 35 daily charge nearby, but there are cheaper options available if you are willing to walk for about 15 min further away from the beach. The area itself is very quiet with lots of restaurants and feels pleasant and safe to walk around. Overall, we can definitely recommend this apartment as we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great for the time we spent there

Location was great both to the beach and the shops and restaurants… walking distance to the train station as well so very handy

The floor was a bit gritty when we arrived and no indoor slippers to put on so spent time indoors mostly wearing are flip flops

L’alloggio presentava diverse criticità: la lavatrice non era presente all’interno dell’alloggio, sebbene non fosse specificato chiaramente nella descrizione; alcune prese di corrente non funzionavano; la macchina del caffè era guasta; i lavandini dei bagni sembravano ostruiti, poiché l’acqua defluiva molto lentamente. Inoltre erano disponibili soltanto due pentole, e il tavolo risultava troppo piccolo per quattro persone. A mio avviso, l’alloggio non era realmente adatto a ospitare quattro persone, nonostante i due letti. Va segnalato anche che, tra le numerose foto pubblicate su Booking, l’unica relativa al nostro appartamento mostrava soltanto il letto: lo abbiamo scoperto solo una volta arrivati.

Отличное расположение: в шаговой доступности море, рестораны, набережная Круазетт, дворец Фестивалей и в 5 минутах вокзал. Апартаменты очень чистые. Было тихо.

Ни разу не убирали за неделю и не выносили мусор, сами искали куда выбросить мешок. Полотенца не меняли ни разу за неделю.
