I had a wonderful stay at Charmante Suite Vue Mer Villa Carmela and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cannes. The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk from the Cannes Film Festival venue, making it ideal whether you're attending the festival or simply exploring the city. The sea view is stunning, with beautiful yachts in the marina creating a truly memorable setting. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, shops, and the beach, so getting around couldn't be easier. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a busy day. A special thanks to the host, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.

La situation de l'appartement dans Cannes. Le petit balcon et la vue. La taille de l'espace de vie .Le lit très confortable. A signaler l'absence de séparation entre les différents espaces. Aucune porte dans l'appartement. Cela peut gêner certaines personnes. Merci à Samia pour son accueil.

La difficulté à chauffer l'appartement avec une seule source de chaleur (une climatisation réversible). Il serait souhaitable d avoir une notice pour la télé et le lave vaisselle difficile à utiliser.

Very good location - great view. Loads of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance - great beaches within 5 mins walk

The only downside of the property is the no elevator. :O

We found the apartment easily and were met by Samia from the Immosol team. She was quick answering any correspondence and super friendly. The apartment was spotless. It had all the facilities required, including WiFi and much needed air conditioning. View from the balcony was stunning. It is very central, perfect location. Double glazed windows helps block out any night time noise.

Nothing! However it is on the 3rd floor, with no lift, which may be an issue for some.
